While enclosing a copy of Government Memo along with Academic Calendar for the year 2019-20, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, Hyderabad, Warangal and all the District Educational Officers/ Mandal Educational Officers/ Head Masters are requested to take necessary action in the matter accordingly.
In the circumstances reported by the Director of School Education, TS., Hyderabad , Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby approve Academic Calendar for 2019-20 as detailed below.

The national games start from October 2019 onwards and all games at state level have to be completed before 1st October 2019, so as to send the selected State Teams to the National games. Following is the schedule for games and sports competitions at various levels.

- Syllabus distribution for A.Y 2018-19: The syllabus for all subjects is distributed from 01.06.2018 to 12.04.2019 [The syllabus was demarcated for SA1 and SA2 examinations]. The syllabus for all subjects for class X shall be completed by 31.01.2019 and take Revision classes and conduct Pre-final examinations before commencement of SSC Board Examinations.
- Syllabus completion for Class I to IX shall be completed by 28.02.2019.
- The Revision and remedial teaching and preparation SA-2 exam will be during March 2019.

♦ఇక, పాఠశాలల సమయాల్లో ఎలాంటి మార్పు చేయలేదు. ఉన్నత పాఠశాలలు ఉదయం 9.30 గంటల నుంచి సాయంత్రం 4.45 వరకు, ప్రాథమికోన్నత పాఠశాలలు ఉదయం 9 గంటల నుంచి సాయంత్రం 4.15 వరకు, ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాలలు ఉదయం 9 నుంచి సాయంత్రం 4 గంటల వరకు కొనసాగనున్నాయి.

Note: The teacher has to discuss the topic to be transmitted for 5 mints and prepare children to view the programme. The lesson will be transmitted for 20 to 25 mints. The teachers has to conduct discussions on the lesson transmitted for deeper understanding

- The primary Schools and upper primary Schools working in the high School campus shall follow the high School timings i.e., the Primary Schools from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm and upper primary Schools will be from 9.30 am to 4.45 pm.

♦పరీక్షలు*
ఎఫ్ఏ -1 పరీక్షలు జూలై 31న షె డ్యూల్ విడుదల కానుంది. ఎఫ్ఏ -2 సెప్టెంబర్ 27న, సమ్మెటివ్ అసెస్మెంట్-1 అక్టోబర్ 21 నుంచి 26వరకు జరుగుతాయి. ఎఫ్ఏ -3 నవంబర్ 30న, ఎఫ్ఏ-4 జనవరి 31 లోపు పదో తరగతి వరకు, ఒకటి నుంచి తొమ్మిదో తరగతి వారికి ఫిబ్రవరి 29 లోపు నిర్వహించాలి.
♦పదో తరగతి ప్రీఫైనల్ పరీక్షలు ఫిబ్రవరి 29లోపు నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఎస్సెస్సీ బోర్డు పరీక్షలు మార్చి 2019లో నిర్వహించనున్నారు.
ఏప్రిల్ 7 నుండి 16 2020లోపు 1 నుంచి 9వ తరగతి విద్యార్థులకు ఎస్ఏ2 పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించి, 10న ప్రోగ్రెస్ కార్డులు విద్యార్థులకు అందించాలనీ, 11న తల్లిదండ్రులతో సమావేశం ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని, 12న ప్రోగ్రెస్ కార్డుల ను విద్యార్థుల నుంచి తీసుకోవాలని అకడమిక్ క్యాలెండర్లో షెడ్యూల్ పొందుపర్చారు.
♦స్కూల్ కాంప్లెక్స్ సమావేశాలను(ఆరు) జూన్, అక్టోబర్, మార్చి నెలల్లో మినహా మిగిలిన అన్ని నెలల్లోనూ నిర్వ హించాలని సూచించారు.పాఠశాల వార్షికోత్సవాలను జనవరి, ఫిబ్రవరి నెలల్లో నిర్వహించుకోవాలనీ, *బాల సభలను ప్రతి నెలా మొదటి శనివారం జరపాలనీ, ప్రతి శుక్రవారం రోజున మాస్డ్రిల్, యోగా కార్యక్రమాలు* నిర్వహించాలని క్యాలెండర్లో పేర్కొన్నా రు.
*♦సిలబస్*
జనవరి 31లోగా పదో తరగతి సెలబస్ పూర్తి చేసి, ఫిబ్రవరి నుంచి రివిజన్ క్లాసులు నిర్వహించాలని, 9వ తరగతిలోపు సెలబస్ను ఫిబ్రవరి 28 వరకు పూర్తిచేయాలని సూచించారు.
*♦క్రీడలు*
స్కూల్ స్థాయి క్రీడలు ఆగస్టు రెండో వారం లోపు, వరకు జిల్లాస్థాయి పోటీలు సెప్టెంబర్ 3వ వారం లోపు రాష్ట్రస్థాయి పోటీలు నిర్వహించాలని అకడమిక్ క్యాలెండర్లో సూచించారు.
*♦డిజిటల్ తరగతులు*
డిజిటల్ తరగతులను పదో తరగతి వారికి 10.40 గంటలకు రెండో, తొమ్మిదో తరగతి వారికి మూ డో పీరియడ్గా 11.40 గంటలకు, 8వ తరగతి వారికి 5వ పీరియడ్లో 1.50 గంటలకు, 7వ తరగతి వారికి ఆరో పీరియడ్ 2.40 గంటలకు, ఆరో తరగతి వారికి ఏడో పిరియాడ్లో 3.30 గంటలకు నిర్వహించాలని ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేశారు.
ఉన్నత పాఠశాలల ప్రాంగణం లో నడిచే PS లు ఉన్నత పాఠశాల వేళలనే అనుసరించి 9.30 నుండి 4.15 వరకు పనిచేయాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
