Admission Notification for filling up of Vacancies in Class-VI in TSWR Schools and Back Log Vacancies in Classes VI (English Medium) in Existing TSWR Institutions for the Academic Year 2020-21:

3.  TS Social Welfare department has published the 6th class admission test 2020   online application forms are invited from the eligible candidates for admission  into Class VI for the academic year 2020-21 in newly sanctioned 118 Social Welfare gurukulams and applications have to be submitted ONLINE.
4.  Applications have to be submitted ONLINE only.
5. The candidates can apply through online to TSWR Schools of the district which he/she belongs to
6. Before filling online application, the candidates should go through the required information already uploaded in the website www.tswreis.telangana.gov.in.

Eligibility requirements:
 The eligibility criteria for admission into class VI are mentioned as under:
a) Age limit:
1. The students belonging to SC & ST Not exceeding 14 years as on 31.08.2020
2. The students belonging to OC / BC / SC-Converted Christians (BC-C) Other Castes Not exceeding 12 years as on 31.08.2020 are eligible.
No of Seats: 80 in each TSWREIS Residential school

b)Study/Qualifications:
1. The candidates should have studied continuously in the respective district for the two academic years (2018-19) and (2019-20) in a Government school or in a school recognized by the Government of Telangana.
2. During the academic year 2019-20 the candidate must be a bonafide student of Class V of a recognized school.

c) Parental Income:
 The parental income should be Rs.1,50,000/- in Rural areas and Rs.2,00,000/- in Urban areas per Annum.

  

D) Payment of Application Fee:
1) There is no registration or application fee for submission of online application. Candidates can submit application online freely.
2) Only online processing charges only should be paid to Meeseva Kendra and any other fee must not be collected from parents.


Selection procedure:
Rule of reservation in 6th class admissions:
The admissions will be made in the following reservation ratio:-
SC - 75% ; SC Converted Christian - 2% ; ST - 6% ; BC - 12% ; Minorities - 3% ; OC/EBC - 2%
TOTAL - 100%

Mode of Selection :
1. The selection of candidates will be purely on written test merit only.
2. Minimum qualifying marks in the Entrance Test will be 40% for Maths, 40% for Science, 40% for English and 25% for Current affairs & aptitude/Mental Ability.
3. The selection of candidates will be purely on written test merit only.

Entrance Exam/Admission Test Pattern/Scheme of exam:
1.The test will be held on 23-02-2020 from11 :00 AM to 01: 00 PM for maximum marks of 100.
2. The admission test will be in the following pattern for Class 6th
English - 30
Maths - 30
EVS / Science - 30
Mental Ability & current Affairs - 10

2. The questions will be of objective type and will be both in English and Telugu Medium.

3. Candidates should attend examination centres one hour before the commencement of entrance test on 23-02-2020

How to Apply for TSWREIS 6th class admission test 2020:
The applicants have to submit the application through online available in the society website www.tswreis.in (or) cgg.gov.in by visiting any Meeseva Kendra or any internet centre by paying Rs150/- for (SC, SC-cc) & Rs.200/- for (ST, BC, OC, EBC, Minority) as application fee for submission of online application.

List of Documents to be produced:
Selected candidates have to produce necessary certificates like,
1. Caste Certificate,
2. Income Certificate,
3. Ration card SSID No,
4. the Aadhar card.
5. Study Certificate,
6. Transfer Certificate(T.C);
7. Physical fitness certificates,
8. 06 Passport size photos ,etc., at the time of admission.
