Phase III OUCET 2020 Counselling:
The qualified candidates of OUCET-2020 are hereby informed that the final phase of certificate verification, exercising of web options and manual counseling will commence from 28.08.2020. The online payment for fresh registrations will be open from 25.08.2020 for those who did not registered earlier. All the candidates have to exercise their web options freshly for possible sliding and for new admissions. The detailed notification and related instructions along with subject wise schedules of certificate verification and manual counseling schedules are available in the websites: www.ouadmissions.com; www.osmania.ac.in. All the candidates are hereby informed that the Certificate Verification, Web Options entry and Manual Counselling will be started from as per the below given schedule. The online payment for registrations will be commencing ..
The candidates of OUCET–2020 who have not attended for first / second phase certificate verification shall get their certificates verified from any of the decentralised verification centres. The candidates who did not pay registration fee in first / second phase should pay the registration fee of Rs.250/- for OC/BC candidates and Rs.200/- for SC/ST/PH candidates has to be paid by candidate through online payment mode before proceeding to certificate verification, which is mandatory. Only those candidates who paid registration fee are allowed for certificate verification at various centres.
The Decentralised Certificate Verification will be done at the following University centres. Candidates can choose any of the following university centres for their certificate verification as per the below schedule.

1. The candidates who did not got their certificates verified in the first / second phase have to attend for certificate verification in any nearest verification centre. 2. After the certificate verification the candidate has to visit the website and register for web options, the OTP will be generated and will be sent to the candidates Registered mobile number. All the messages / OTPS / allotment details etc., will be sent to the registered mobile number only, hence advised to keep the mobile with you till the end of admission process.

OUCET 2020 Schedule for 1 st Phase Certificate Verification
All the candidates are hereby informed that the 1st Phase Certificate Verification of the candidates, who are provisionally allotted for admission into different PG courses in different colleges for the academic year 2020-18 through web based allotment process, will be conducted from 26.07.2020. The day wise and subject wise schedules of certificate verification and related instructions are available in the website.
The PH Quota admissions will be held from 02.08.2020. The NIQ & CAP admissions will be held on 03.08.2020. Further, the NCC/NSS/Sports Quota certificate verification and admissions will commence from 05.08.2020. The Candidates are advised to visit the websites, www.osmania.ac.in and www.ouadmissions.com for subject wise and category wise schedule in detail.
Candidates should note that the certificate verification is only for those candidates who are provisionally allotted an admission through web based allotment process.
Instructions for candidates called for certificate verification
OUCET – 2020 DIRECTORATE OF ADMISSIONS OSMANIA UNIVERSITY, HYDERABAD
(Instructions for candidates called for certificate verification / counseling for admission into various PG, PG Diploma and 5 yrs. integrated courses)
1. Candidates called for certificate verification / counseling for admission must bring the following original certificates along with two sets of xerox copies.
● Rank Card and Hall Ticket of OUCET - 2020.
● Transfer Certificate (T.C) from the institution where the candidate has last studied or
a proof of admission if the candidate is pursuing any course during current academic
year, i.e. 2020-18. These candidates have to submit the original Transfer
Certificate(T.C) within one week from the date of admission, failing which the
admission will be deemed to be cancelled.
● Degree Certificate and memorandum of marks of qualifying examination. The candidate has to prove that he/she has passed the qualifying examination with requisite percent of marks, without which his/her admission will not be entertained.
● Secondary school or 10th std. certificate.
● Proof of Local / Non-Local status of the candidate as per the rules in force.
● Community / Cast Certificate, if applicable.
● Latest income Certificate issued by Tahsidar of Telangana State on or after 01.01.2020, if applicable.
● Relevant original certificates in respect of candidates called for admission against NCC/NSS/Sports, Children of Armed Personnel (CAP), Physically Handicapped (PH), Teacher and Laboratory Assistant quota of seats. Such certificates will be verified by the authorities from the concerned departments, whose decision in this regard is final.
Along with the above certificates, the candidate must bring one of the following original identity cards of him/her along with two xerox copies.

● Indian Driving Licence
Without showing the above, the candidate’s admissions will not be entertained. In case the candidate tries to establish his/her identify by wrong means, he/she will be liable for action under criminal laws. The thumb impression of the candidate will be taken at the time of admission.
All the candidates, who have qualified in Osmania University Common Entrance Tests - 2020 for admission into various P.G. courses (M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.S.W., M.C.J., B.Lib.I.Sc. / M.Lib.I.Sc. (2 yrs.) Course, etc.,) offered by Osmania, Telangana, Mahatma Gandhi and Palamuru Universities in their campus, constituent and affiliated colleges, are hereby informed that the Online Registration Process and Exercising of Web Options for all eligible candidates will be open from Once the process of exercising of web options is over, a provisional allotment list of candidates for possible admission into various courses in various colleges will be generated through web based counseling. After this, only those candidates, who are in the provisional allotment list, will be called for certificate verification for the purpose of final allotment of the admission.

6. Further, the counseling for admission into M.L.I.Sc. (1 yr. course), 5 yr. Integrated and all PG Diploma courses and 1st Phase of counseling for M.A. (Philosophy) and M.Sc. (Nutrition & Dietetics)

5.The candidates must note that if an admission is allotted in the 2nd phase of web options, the existing admission (taken during 1st phase) will be automatically cancelled.
6. Those candidates who have not given any options or those who have given options during 1st phase but not allotted any admission or not taken any admission during 1st phase can also exercise the web options during this phase.
6. Since this is final phase of web options, all the interested candidates qualified in OUCET 2020 must exercise their options within the stipulated dates. They are also advised to be extremely careful while giving options and ensure that the selected options are finally submitted.
7. Candidates who already submitted their final submission may again login and print their final list of options.
8. Candidates whose username and password is showing invalid have to re-register.
9. Candidates should not use mobile or smartphone for registration and web options login.
10. Fee should be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, Directorate of Admissions, O.U. payable at Hyderabad. Necessary arrangements are being made at the venue for obtaining Demand Draft for the required fee.
11.The total fee must be paid immediately on the day of counseling.
