TSPSC Group 2 Interview Schedule & Week wise Schedule 2020
TSPSC Group 2 2019 interview dates have been released by Telangana State Public Service Commission. Candidates who are to appear for the interview can check the recently released interview dates and other details through the official site of TSPSC at tspsc.gov.in. The interview is scheduled to be held on March 7, 2020, in the state.

TSPSC Group-2 Interview Important details
This recruitment drive will fill up 439 posts in the organisation. The selection process comprises of written examination and oral test in the shape of the interview.

The final selection of these posts will be based on the OMR exam and interview marks put together.

The candidates will be selected and allotted to Service/ Department as per their rank in the merit list and as per Zonal Preference for allotment of candidates against vacancies and for the vacancies available.

1) One HH-G-L vacancy in PC-1 is kept vacant. to avoid dual appointment in single roster / vacancy as the confirmation from the Government is required on implementation of the judgment on WP No. 24909/2015, dt:27/10/2015
2) For 4 vacancies which (BC-A(W)UR, ST(W)UR, VH(W)UR in PC13 and ExSer(G)UR in pc-12) are remained un- filled due to non-availability of
eligible candidates among the interviewed candidates, will be filled up after picking-up candidates for verification of certificates and for interviews subsequently. If no Ex-Ser candidate with required qualification is available in the entire Ranking List, that vacancy will be converted to OC(G)UR vacancy and the entire selection will be revised accordingly.

4) The result is subject to outcome of various court cases pending before Hon’ble High Court.
5) The Marks List of all the selected candidates will not be displayed as the selection process for 5 vacancies (1 kept vacant + 4 not filled) and many court cases that are pending before the Hon’ble High Court.

Documents Required for Interviews

TSPSC Group 2 Interview Process for Selected Candidates:
TSPSC announced the candidate list to be interviewed will be displayed on a weekly basis on every Monday for the succeeding week, the Hall Ticket Numbers of the provisionally admitted candidates to be interviewed for the 3 rd week i.e from 15/07/2019 to 20/07/2019 are given below.

The Interviews will start at 10.00 AM for Forenoon Session and 2.00 PM for Afternoon Session in the TSPSC Office, Prathibha Bhavan, Opp. Gagan Vihar, M.J. Road, Nampally, Hyderabad. The candidates to be interviewed in the Forenoon Session should report at the TSPSC office at 9.00 AM and the candidates to be interviewed in the Afternoon Session should report at 12.30 PM

The candidates who have qualified for Interview (Personality Test) are required to attend at TSPSC Office along with Verification Certificate, Original Certificates along with No Objection Certificate from the employer (if anywhere employed) and two (2) passport size photos & one original Photo Identification Card on the relevant date and time as per schedule.

The candidates are hereby instructed to give their online zonal preferences i.e., Web options on or before the date of their interview, failing which their candidature may not be considered for selection.

Admission of the candidate is purely provisional and Commission reserves the right to cancel the candidature of a candidate at any stage, if filling of false information or suppression of facts or Conduct not in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Notification is noticed. Hence admission to Interview does not confer ipso facto right for Final selection.

High court judgement on TSPSC Group-2 Recruitments: Consider candidates who bubbled and used whiteners in Group II exam:  High court asks TSPSC to consider the candidates who bubbled and used whitener.  The Hyderabad High Court on Monday asked the Telangana Public Service Commission to consider the candidates who bubbled and used whiteners in the Group II exam continuing the process of recruitment for 1,032 posts. Based on the recommendations of a technical committee, the court told the commission to continue the recruitment process. The TSPSC chairman Ganta Chakrapani welcomed the court's verdict and said the merit list and interview schedule will be announced soon. The Group II notification to fill 1,032 posts was issued on December 30, 2015 and a supplementary notification on September 1, 2016. The exam was held on November 11 and November 13, 2016.

The TSPSC Chairman Sri.Ganta chakrapani who responded to the High Court judgment said that the court is welcome the verdict, Merit list and interview schedule will be announced shortly.
The TSPSC welcomed the High Court verdict on Group-II services. TPSC in a press release said the judgment has cleared all the hurdles and that it would help the Commission complete the selection process of Group 2. The Commission will initiate further action after receiving the judgment copy, it said. TPSC had issued notification for Group-II services for a total of 1,032 vacancies for which 7,89,985 had applied and over 5.1 lakh candidates took the recruitment examination. A merit list of the candidates and interview schedule will be announced soon

 తెలంగాణలో గ్రూప్-2 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి సంబంధించి మూడేళ్లుగా పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న నియామక ప్రక్రియ ఎట్టకేలకు కొలిక్కి వచ్చింది. ఈ మేరకు గ్రూప్-2 పోస్టుల నియామక ప్రక్రియకు సోమవారం (జూన్ 3) హైకోర్టు పచ్చజెండా ఊపింది. తీర్పులో భాగంగా ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియలో బబ్లింగ్, వైట్‌నర్ అభ్యర్థులను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకోవాలని సాంకేతిక కమిటీ సిఫార్సుతో.. ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ కొనసాగించాలని టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీకి హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది. హైకోర్టు తీర్పుపై స్పందించిన టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీ చైర్మన్ చక్రపాణి.. కోర్టు తీర్పును స్వాగతిస్తున్నామన్నారు. త్వరలోనే మెరిట్ జాబితా, ఇంటర్వ్యూ షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకటిస్తామని తెలిపారు.

గ్రూప్-2 పరీక్షలో బబ్లింగ్, వైట్‌నర్ వివాదం కారణంగా అభ్యర్థులను 343 మంది అభ్యర్థులను టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీ ఎంపిక జాబితా నుంచి తొలిగించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. అయితే జాబితా నుంచి తొలగించిన 343 మంది అభ్యర్థుల పత్రాలను పునర్‌సమీక్షించి, ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియలో వారిని కూడా పరిగణలోకి తీసుకోవాలని టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీని హైకోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. దీంతో తదుపరి ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియలో వారికి అవకాశం దక్కనుంది. గ్రూప్-2 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి సంబంధించి ఇప్పటికే 3,147 మంది అభ్యర్థులు ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలన పూర్తికాగా.. తాజా తీర్పు నేపథ్యంలో.. 1 : 2 నిష్పత్తిలో అభ్యర్థులకు ఇంటర్వ్యూలు నిర్వహించనున్నారు.

మొత్తం 1032 పోస్టులకుగాను 1 : 3 నిష్పత్తిలో 3,147మంది అభ్యర్థులను టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీ ఇంటర్వ్యూకు ఎంపిక చేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. అయితే ఇంటర్వ్యూకు ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థుల్లో కొందరు రాతపరీక్షల్లో సరిగా బబ్లింగ్ చేయలేదని, వైట్నర్ ఉపయోగించిన వారిని కూడా ఇంటర్వ్యూలకు అనుమతించారంటూ హైకోర్టును ఆశ్రయించడంతో వివాదం మొదలైంది. పలు దఫాలుగా విచారణ జరిపిన కోర్టు సోమవారం తీర్పును వెలువరించింది.

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర పరిధిలోని వివిధ శాఖల్లో 1032 గ్రూప్-2 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి 2016 నవంబర్ 11, 13 తేదీల్లో టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీ రాతపరీక్షలు నిర్వహించింది. వీటిలో 284 ప్రొహిబిషన్ అండ్ ఎక్సైజ్ ఎస్సై పోస్టులు, 259 డిప్యూటీ ఎమ్మార్వో, 19 మునిసిపల్ కమిషనర్, 90 అసిస్టెంట్ సెక్షన్ ఆఫీసర్, 156 అసిస్టెంట్ కమర్షియల్ టాక్స్ ఆఫీసర్, 67 పంచాయత్ రాజ్ ఎక్స్‌టెన్షన్ ఆఫీసర్, 11 గ్రేడ్-1 ఎగ్జూక్యూటివ్ ఆఫీసర్, 62 అసిస్టెంట్ రిజిస్ట్రార్, 28 ఫైనాన్స్ డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్ సెక్షన్ ఆఫీసర్, 20 అసిస్టెంట్ డెవలప్‌మెంట్ ఆఫీసర్ (టెక్స్‌టైల్స్), 28 అసిస్టెంట్ సెక్షన్ ఆఫీసర్ (ఫైనాన్స్) తదితర పోస్టులు ఉన్నాయి.

2016లో జరిగిన రాత పరీక్షకు 5 లక్షల మంది హాజరయ్యారు. ధ్రువపత్రాల పరిశీలన కోసం ఒక్కో పోస్టుకు ముగ్గురు చొప్పున 3 వేల 147 మంది అభ్యర్థులను ఎంపికచేసింది. అయితే బబ్లింగ్, వైట్ నర్ వివాదం నేపథ్యంలో ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ ఎప్పటికప్పుడు ఆగుతూ వస్తోంది. తాజాగా బబ్లింగ్, వైట్ నర్ అభ్యర్థులను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకోవాలని హైకోర్టు స్పష్టంచేయడంతో నియామక ప్రక్రియకు టీఎస్ పీఎస్సీ సన్నద్ధమవుతుంది. మరోవైపు హైకోర్టు తీర్పును టీఎస్ పీఎస్సీ చైర్మన్ ఘంటా చక్రపాణి స్వాగతించారు. తాము తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాన్ని కోర్టు సమర్థించిందని చెప్పారు. వేల మంది అభ్యర్థులకు ఊరట కలిగించే తీర్పు ఇదని .. త్వరలో మెరిట్ జాబితా, ఇంటర్వ్యూ షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకటిస్తామని స్పష్టంచేశారు చక్రపాణి.



High Court order to take up Group-2 recruitment process
Hyderabad: Nearly three-and-a-half years after the notification for recruitment to Group-2 posts was published and two-and-a-half years after the exams were conducted, the Telangana High Court allowed the Telangana State Public Service Commission to prepare the list of selected candidates.

A division bench comprising Justice V. Ramasubramanian and Justice P. Keshava Rao told the commission to follow the report of the technical committee and the recommendations of the sub-committee which were constituted to look into mistakes committed either by the candidates or the invigilators.

As per the directions of the court, the TSPSC should consider the candidates whose OMR sheets had mistakes that fell under the first and third categories that could be ignored. The commission should not evaluate the answer sheets of candidates who committed mistakes in the middle portion of the OMR sheet containing answers to 150 questions.

The technical committee had grouped the errors committed by the candidates into three categories:

i. Mistakes while filling up general information boxes with details such as roll number, question booklet number, paper code, venue code and test booklet series

ii. Mistakes like erasure, corrections, multiple bubbling or no bubbling while answering questions in the middle part of the OMR sheets

iii. Mistakes committed in the bottom  part of the answer sheets where the name and signature of the candidate and the signature of the Invigilators are to be found.

Justice Ramasubramanian and Justice Keshava Rao gave the directions on writ appeals filed by some aspirants whose names had been excluded following the order of a single judge.

In October last year, the single judge had ordered that the candidates who had committed errors such as wrong bubbling, no bubbling or double bubbling of the information relating to roll number, question paper booklet number or had used whiteners and erasers could be excluded.

Aggrieved by this, some candidates filed appeals saying that the fault lay in the hands of the invigilators. They brought to the notice of the court the recommendations of the technical committee and sub-committee which was constituted by the TSPSC based on their complaints and the letters of district collectors regarding the invigilators’ fault.

Considering this, the division bench allowed the appeals and set aside some portions of the single judge order.

The notifications for Group II recruitment was released in 2015 and 2016  for 1,032 posts. The results were declared in 2017 in which 3,147 candidates were selected to be interviewed.

This did not happen as students started approaching the court in November 2016.

5. The candidates who are admitted for the verification of Certificates are required to produce the Original Certificates along with one set of Photostat copy duly attested by Gazetted Officer, relating to Age, Qualifications Community (Integrated) , Latest Creamy Layer exemption certificate in case of B.Cs as per Memo No.3009/BCW/OP/2009, Government of Telangana, Backward Classes Welfare (OP) Department, Dt:18/12/2015 (prescribed format hosted on website), Certificates relating to claim of age relaxation, Study (from 4th class to 10th class) and if any, at the time of verification of certificates, failing which, TSPSC may not admit them to subsequent process of selection. In terms of the notification, the candidates should possess the requisite qualifications as on the date of notification.

6. The verification of Certificates will be held in the office of TSPSC at Prathibha Bhavan, Nampally, Hyderabad on 05.12.2018 and 06-12-2018 at 10-30 A.M onwards. The candidates are requested to obtain and keep ready all the certificates as mentioned in the Notification.

7. If, on further Verification it is found that any candidate is NOT eligible with
reference to the particulars furnished by him/her in the Application Form / Check List / Certificates, the results of such candidate / candidates shall be cancelled at any stage of selection process.

8. In respect of posts of Prohibition & Excise Sub-Inspector (Post code No: 5), the candidates have to undergo a Medical Examination before the competent Medical Board at Hyderabad and the P.H. Candidates have to undergo Medical Examination at respective Medical Boards.

9. Of the candidates now shortlisted in 1:3 ratio, those who have already undergone verification of certificates on 12/06/2017 or 21/09/2017 to 27/09/2017, need not attend certificate verification again on 05/12/2018.

Hyderabad: Group-1 and Group-2 results will be released tomorrow, chairperson Ghantachakraani said. The Group-2 process will begin. Speaking at a media briefing, he said, within 15 days, the list of certificates will be placed on the website. The list of candidates selected for Group -1 and Group-2 will be placed on the website tomorrow. 256 will be selected for 128 posts in Group -1. Group 2 candidates will be called for certification verification according to the ratio 1: 3. After the verification, the candidates will be provided intercourse with a ratio of 1: 2. All the indents from the government have been completed in the TPSSC.
