TS LPCET 2020 Results and Rank Card Download.Telangana Language Pandit Common Entrance Test (TS LPCET) Exam 2020 is recently successfully conducted in July 2020 at various exam centers across Telangana state. LPCET exam is state wide Entrance Test and it is conducted in all districts in TS. Candidates who want to take admission in TP CET, HP CET, UP CET (Tamil Pandit, Urdu Pandit and Hindi Pandit). Eligibility Criteria:
1. Candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
2. He/She should satisfy Local / Non Local Status requirements as per Presidential order 1974 and amendments thereon pertaining to Regulation of Admissions in Educational Institutions in Andhra Pradesh.
Age Limit:
The candidates should have completed 19 years of age as on the 1st July of the year of admission i.e. 01.07.2020. There is no upper age limit.
Educational Qualifications:
The candidates who have passed the minimum qualifying examinations mentioned below are eligible to apply.
1. Telugu Pandit:
Must possess Graduation with Telugu as one of the Optional subjects /Graduation in Telugu Literature /Bachelor’s Degree in Oriental Language (BOL) in Telugu / Post Graduation Degree in Telugu, from a University recognised by UGC, with minimum 50% marks (In case of SC / ST / BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%).
Note :
1) The candidates who have passed the above examination as on the date of submission of application are eligible to appear for LPCET – 2020.
2) The candidates who have appeared for final year of the qualifying examinations are also eligible to apply for LPCET-2020 Entrance Examination subject to the condition that they should produce their pass certificates of the Qualifying Examination at the time of counselling without fail.
3) The above qualifications prescribed are for LPCET-2020 only. The Government may prescribe over and above qualifications at the time of Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT).
4) The qualifying marks in LPCET for ranking for OC and BC candidates shall be 35% of the aggregate marks. However, there shall be no minimum qualifying marks for the candidates belonging to the category of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes for allotment of seats reserved under the respective categories. That is to say, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Communities should secure 35% of marks for consideration against seats under OC category. Similarly, in case of NCC / Defence Personnel or their children and spouses / Sports Categories also the minimum marks required are 35%.”
TS LPCET 2020 Exam Pattern:
Duration: 2 Hours
Mode: Computer based test
Type: Completely objective type i.e. multiple choice questions
Duration: 2 Hours
Subjects: Current Affairs, Numerical Ability, Language, Literature.
Question Paper will be comprised of a total of 100 questions.
Total Marks: 100 marks
Each question carries 1 mark.
Scheme of Entrance Test: The Common Entrance Examination shall be of completely objective type containing only multiple choice questions through Computer Based Test(CBT)through online mode. The duration of online examination is One and Half hours only, with maximum marks of 100 as shown below:
