All TS SSC Students Passed:
Telangana Government has decided to promote all the tenth class students in view of the coronavirus situation in the state. All students will be passed through the grading system. There are as many as 5.4 lakh SSC students in the state. The examinations for the TS SSC consists of 11 papers. Of these, only two examinations had been conducted before they were postponed due to the outbreak. The students would be promoted based on the internal assessment examinations conducted by the schools.
All class 10 students will be promoted to the next class by giving grades to them based on their internal assessment marks. The students will be promoted based on

1. Pre-final,
2. Internal and
3. Assessment marks.

Students to be promoted based on internal marks: This decision was taken by the CM KCR after he reviewed the situation at a high-level meeting on June 8. The promotion of all tenth class students will be done on the basis of the internal assignment marks awarded to them and the grades they got..

 రాష్ట్రంలో కరోనా కేసుల తీవ్రత పెరుగుతుండటంతో పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల నిర్వహణపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి కె. చంద్రశేఖర్‌రావు సోమవారం సంచలన నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. టెన్త్‌ పరీక్షలను రద్దు చేయాలని నిర్ణయించారు. కరోనా కేసులు ఎక్కువగా నమోదవుతున్న ప్రస్తుత తరుణంలో పరీక్షల నిర్వహణ సాధ్యం కాదని, అందువల్ల పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించకుండానే టెన్త్‌ విద్యార్థులందరినీ పైతరగతులకు ప్రమోట్‌ చేయాలని విద్యాశాఖను ఆదేశించారు. ప్రభుత్వ నిర్ణయంతో 2 నెలలుగా పరీక్షలు జరుగుతాయో లేదో తెలియక ఉత్కంఠకు గురైన 5,34,903 మంది విద్యార్థులకు ఊరట లభించినట్లయింది. ఇలా టెన్త్‌ పరీక్షలు రద్దు కావడం ఉమ్మడి ఏపీ, తెలంగాణ చరిత్రలో ఇదే తొలిసారి.

పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలను ప్రభుత్వం రద్దు చేసిన నేపథ్యంలో ఇంటర్నల్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌ పరీక్షల ఆధారంగా జీపీఏలు నిర్ధారించి ఫలితాలు వెల్లడించడానికి సెకండరీబోర్డు సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నది. అన్ని పాఠశాలలనుంచి ఇప్పటికే సేకరించిన ఇంటర్నల్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌ మార్కుల జాబితా ప్రకారం గ్రేడ్‌లను నిర్ణయించనున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే ఇంటర్నల్‌ మార్కులు బోర్డుకు రావడంతో అందుకు సంబంధించిన వెబ్‌సైట్‌ను బ్లాక్‌చేసి అక్రమాలకు తావులేకుండాచేశారు. పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలు రద్దుచేయడంతో దాదాపు 5లక్షల మంది రెగ్యులర్‌ విద్యార్థులతోపాటు 40 వేల మంది ప్రైవేట్‌ విద్యార్థులకు (గత ఏడాది ఫెయిలైనవారు) ప్రయోజనం కలుగనున్నది. ఫలితాలు కూడా రెండు వారాలలోపే విడుదలచేసే అవకాశాలున్నాయి.*

 గ్రేడింగ్‌ ఎలా లెక్కిస్తారు 

రాష్ట్రంలో గత కొన్నేండ్లుగా ప్రత్యేకమైన విధానంలో పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. నాలుగు ఫార్మెటివ్‌, రెండు సమ్మెటివ్‌, ఒక ప్రీఫైనల్‌ పరీక్షలు పాఠశాలలోనే నిర్వహిస్తారు. ప్రతి ఫార్మెటివ్‌ పరీక్ష 25మార్కుల చొప్పున జరుగుతుంది. సమ్మెటివ్‌, ప్రీఫైనల్‌ను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోరు. ఒక్కో ఫార్మెటివ్‌ పరీక్షనుంచి 5 శాతం మార్కుల చొప్పున 20 శాతం మార్కులను లెక్కిస్తారు. ఈ ఇరవై శాతం మార్కులను వందశాతానికి పెంచి ఆ మేరకు ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి గ్రేడ్‌ పాయింట్‌ యావరేజీ (జీపీఏ)ని కేటాయిస్తారు.*

ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులుండవు

ఇంటర్నల్‌ మార్కుల ఆధారంగా ఫలితాలు విడుదలచేయడం వల్ల ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు తలెత్తే అవకాశం లేదని అధికారులు చెప్తున్నారు. 1969లో పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలు రద్దుచేసిన సమయంలో ఇప్పటిలాగా ఇంటర్నల్‌ మార్కులు లేవని.. ఇప్పుడు ఇంటర్నల్‌ మార్కుల ఆధారంగా విద్యార్థుల ప్రతిభ ఎస్‌ఎస్‌సీ బోర్డు రికార్డుల్లో సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నాయని పేర్కొంటున్నారు. దీని ప్రకారం ఎప్పటిలాగానే పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల ఫలితాలు, గ్రేడ్లు, సర్టిఫికెట్లు జారీచేస్తామంటున్నారు. జీపీఏ ద్వారా పది ఫలితాలు విడుదలచేయడం వల్ల జూనియర్‌ కాలేజీలలో ప్రవేశాలకు ఎలాంటి సమస్యలు రావు. అదేవిధంగా పాలిటెక్నిక్‌, ట్రిపుల్‌ ఐటీల్లో కూడా ప్రవేశాలకు ఇబ్బందులు తలెత్తవని అధికారులు చెప్తున్నారు.* 

 జీపీఏ లెక్కించే విధానం 

 25 మార్కుల చొప్పున జరిగిన 4 ఫార్మెటివ్‌ టెస్టుల మార్కులను పరీక్షవారీగా 5%కి కుదిస్తారు. (5x4=20%)20 శాతానికి చేరిన పీటీ మార్కులను వంద శాతానికి పెంచుతారు. ఆ వచ్చిన మార్కుల ఆధారంగా గ్రేడులు కేటాయిస్తారు

పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల్లో ఈ సారి ఎక్కువ మంది విద్యార్థులకు ఎ1 గ్రేడ్‌ దక్కే అవకాశం ఉంది. దీనికి ప్రధానం కారణం పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో నిర్వహించే ఇంటర్నల్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌ పరీక్షల్లో కనీస మార్కులు సాధించని వారు అత్యంత అరుదుగా ఉండటమని ఉపాధ్యాయ వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. ఒక్క ఇంటర్నల్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌ పరీక్ష రాసిన విద్యార్థులు ఉత్తీర్ణులు అవుతారని అంటున్నారు. పాఠశాలలు నిర్వహించే నాలుగు పరీక్షలను రాయకుంటే తప్ప ఫెయిల్‌ అయ్యే అవకాశం లేదని అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో గత ఏడాది ఉత్తీర్ణత సగటు 93 శాతం ఉండగా.. సప్లిమెంటరీలో పాసైన వారిని తీసుకుంటే 98కి పెరిగింది. ఈ సారి 100 శాతం ఉత్తీర్ణులయ్యే అవకాశం కనిపిస్తోంది.

అంతర్గత పరీక్షలలో 20 మార్కులకు హిందీలో 4 వస్తే పాసైనట్లే. హిందీలో వందకు 20 మార్కులు, మిగిలిన అయిదు సబ్జెక్టుల్లో 35 మార్కులు వస్తే ఉత్తీర్ణులైనట్లుగా పరిగణిస్తారు. ఎఫ్‌ఏ పరీక్షలు 20 మార్కులకు నిర్వహిస్తారు. అంటే అప్పుడు హిందీలో4 మార్కులు వస్తే వందకి 20వస్తాయి. మిగిలిన సబ్జెక్టుల్లో 20కి 7 మార్కులు వస్తే అప్పుడు 35 మార్కులు దక్కుతాయి. ఆ మార్కులు వచ్చిన వారు ఉత్తీర్ణులైనట్లే. సాధారణంగా చదువులో ఎంతో వెనుకబడిన విద్యార్థికైనా కనీస మార్కులు వేస్తారు. వారికి 8 నుంచి 9 మార్కులు ఇస్తుంటారు. ప్రైవేట్‌ పాఠశాలల్లో ఆ మార్కులు కొంత ఎక్కువగా వేస్తారన్న ఆరోపణలు ఉన్నాయి. అంటే ఎఫ్‌ఏ మార్కులను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుంటే ఇక తప్పే వారే ఉండరు. ఆ ప్రకారం ఈ సారి వంద శాతం ఉత్తీర్ణత వచ్చినట్లే.. ఎఫ్‌ఏ పరీక్షలు రాయకుంటేనే వారు తప్పుతారు.

పదో తరగతిలో ఫార్మేటివ్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌లు నాలుగు నిర్వహిస్తారు. వాటిని ఎఫ్‌ఏ-1, 2, 3, 4గా పిలుస్తారు. ఇవి ప్రతి రెండు నెలలకు ఒకసారి జరపుతారు. ఒక్కో దానికి 30 నుంచి 42 రోజుల సిలబస్‌ను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకొని ఈ పరీక్షలు జరపుతారు. వాటిల్లో వచ్చిన మార్కులనే ఇప్పుడు ప్రామాణికంగా తీసుకోనున్నారు. ఒక్కో పరీక్షను 20 మార్కులకు నిర్వహించి తదుపరి 5 మార్కులకు కుదిస్తారు. ఆ రాత పరీక్షతో పాటు ప్రాజెక్టు వర్క్‌కు 5 మార్కులు, నోట్‌బుక్‌కి మార్కులు ఉంటాయి. ఇంకా తరగతి గది స్పందనకు 5 మార్కులుంటాయి.. అలా 5+5+5+5 మొత్తం 20 మార్కులకు ఒక ఎఫ్‌ఏ నిర్వహిస్తారు. సంవత్సరంలో 4 ఎఫ్‌ఏలు నిర్వహిస్తారు అంటే 20+20+20+20=80 మార్కులు. వాటిని సరాసరి చేసి 20 మార్కులకు కుదిస్తారు. ఆ ప్రకారం ఒక్కో సబ్జెక్టులో 20 మార్కులకు ఎన్ని వచ్చాయో లెక్కించి వాటిని ఫిబ్రవరిలో ప్రభుత్వ పరీక్షల విభాగానికి(ఎస్‌ఎస్‌సీ బోర్డు)కు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో పంపిస్తారు.


ప్రతి విద్యార్థి కనీసం ఎన్ని ఎఫ్‌ఏలు రాయాలన్న నిబంధన లేకున్నా రెండు కంటే తక్కువ రాసే వారు చాలా అరుదు. అప్పుడు ఆ రెండింటి సగటు తీసుకుంటారు. అంతకు ముందే ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఉపాధ్యాయుల ముగ్గురి బృందం అన్ని ప్రైవేట్‌ పాఠశాలలను తనిఖీ చేసి విద్యార్థులను పరిశీలించి, యాజమాన్యాలు సక్రమంగానే అంతర్గత మార్కులు ఇచ్చాయా? లేదా ఇష్టమొచ్చినట్లు వేశారా? అనేది పరిశీలిస్తారు. అందుకే ఎఫ్‌ఏ పరీక్షల మార్కులనే ఇప్పుడు ప్రామాణికంగా తీసుకుంటున్నారు. ఒక్కో సబ్జెక్టుల్లో ఎఫ్‌ఏలో వచ్చిన మార్కులను(20కి) వందకి లెక్కిస్తారు. వాటిని ఇప్పుడు ఆ సబ్జెక్టుల్లో వచ్చిన మొత్తం మార్కులుగా పరిగణిస్తారు. తెలుగులో ఎఫ్‌ఏ పరీక్షల్లో 20కి 18మార్కులు వస్తే దాన్ని వందకి లెక్కిస్తారు. అంటే 18* 5=90 మార్కులు వచ్చినట్లుగా పరిగణిస్తారు.

Sub: SSC Public Examinations March 2020 - Feeding of Internal marks -Reg.

DGE Telangana inform you that the internal marks (FA) have to he uploaded by the Headmasters for Regular candidates pertaining to SSC Public Examinations March 2020 on web portal www.bse.telangana.gov.in. In this regard all the District Educational Officers are requested to make arrangement for feeding Internal marks (FA) duly instructing Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers to monitor the process of work day to day basis till the work is completed. Other important instructions also have to be followed without fail.

1) Visit one or two schools every day and ensure that the schools are entering the internal marks accurately and see the work is completed as: per schedule.

2) Review with the Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers and get their visit reports every day.

3) Arrange trainings for Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters on the subject.

4) Communicate guidelines to all the Schools.

5) Initiate action against the Headmasters/Schools who are found to be negligent of the work.

6) Collect one copy of the internal marks from all the Schools through Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers and arrange to send them to the Office of the Director of Government Examinations on the scheduled date.

7) Submit daily reports to the Commissioner and Director of School Education as well as to the Director of Government Examinations till the work is completed.

8) At any circumstance the feeding of internal marks schedule will not be extended. In this regard.

Procedure to calculate Telangana 10th class Internal Marks :

The Headmasters shall keep the cumulative records containing the marks of 4 Formative tests of all the subjects of SSC March-2020 candidates. The Headmasters shall take the subject wise and candidate wise average of the formative test marks thoroughly before posting of marks through Online.

Example :

Suppose a student has secured 12 marks in the 1st formative test, 14 in the second, 15 in the third and 13 in the 4th formative test in a particular subject, then the average has to be taken as follows:
The sum of the 4 formative tests : 12 + 14 + 15 + 13 = 54
Average : 54/4=13.5
The 13.5 may be rounded off to 14 and the figure has to be taken into account for posting.
If the average score is between 13.1 to 13.4 it has to be rounded off to 13 only.

In case, a candidate has taken only three formative tests and absent for 4th formative test

A candidate has secured 15 in the 1st formative test, 14 in the 2nd, 15 in the 3rd test and absent for 4th formative test.
The sum of the 3 formative tests : 15 + 14 + 15 = 45
Divide it by 4 : 44/4=11
The Quotient 11 has to be taken into account.

Once the cumulative records of internal marks as well as Co-curricular areas are ready the Online feeding of internal marks shall be taken up as and when the schedule is announced. The internal marks of all subjects of a candidate i.e., both curricular and co- curricular shall be entered in the computer. If any field of any candidate not entered, the computer will not allow you to move further.

After completion of entering of marks, the Headmaster has to take printouts in sufficient numbers and handover the printouts to the candidates for their verification and signatures. This helps avoiding the wrong posting of marks, posting of one candidate’s marks for another candidate etc., Then verify the data with reference to the corrections made by the students, cumulative records etc., thoroughly with the help of other teachers. Carryout the corrections if any, take the print out and verify it again to ensure 100% accuracy of the data.

Once the confirmation is done in the Computer, the editable option will be closed once for all. Now take 3 printouts and authenticate the reports by affixing the Headmaster signature. Take the printouts along with the subject wise as well as cumulative records to the concerned Deputy Educational Officer for further verification and authentication.
