AP SSA Recruitments Educational Qualifications
Govt of India have identified SArva Shiksha Abhiyan Programme as main vehicle to implement the provision of RTE Act 2009 which has been introduced to provide Free and Compulsory education to all the children in the age group of 6-14 years. a large number of posts lying vacant at the field level and these posts are mean to be filled on outsourcing basis.

 ➧టీచిoగ్ పోస్టులు ఆయా జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ ద్వారా,
 ➧నాన్-టీచిoగ్ పోస్టులు outsourcing ఏజెన్సీ ల ద్వారా భర్తీ చేస్తారు.
 ➧మొత్తo 24 విభాగాలలో పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేస్తారు.
 ➧జిల్లాల వారీగా పోస్టుల సంఖ్య, క్వాలిఫికేషన్స్, పూర్తి వివరాలు క్రింది వెబ్ లో వున్నవి.

 సర్వ శిక్ష అభియాన్ లో పొరుగు సేవల ద్వారా నియామకం కానున్న పోస్టుల భ్ర్థీ కి అడ్డంకులు తొలగిపోయాయి. ఈ మేరకు బుధవారం విశాఖపట్నంలో పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ స్పెషల్ చీఫ్ ప్రిన్సిపల్ సెక్రటరి ఉత్తర్వులు జరిచేసారు. గతంలో ఈ పోస్టులకు నిరుద్వోగుల నుంచి తీవ్రపోటి  ఉండటంతో దళారులు అక్రమ వసూళ్ళుకు పాల్పడుతున్నారన్న  ఆరోపణల నేపధ్యం లో నియామక ప్రక్రియ నిలిపివేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే.

సర్వశిక్ష అభియాన్, కస్తూర్బా గాంధి బాలికా విద్యాలయాలలో పొరుగు సేవల ద్వారా పోస్టుల భర్తీ చేపట్టాలని, నెల రోజుల కాల వ్యవధిలో ఈ ప్రక్రియ జరపాలని తాజాగా పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ ఉతర్వులు విడుదల చేసారు.

ఈ ఉతర్వులు ప్రకారం సిఆర్టి, ఎస్ఓ, తదితర అధ్యాపక పోస్టులకు ఆయా జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్ ల పర్యవేక్షణలో రాత పరిక్ష నిర్వహించిన అనంతరం పోస్టులు భర్తీచేస్తారు. మిగిలిన నాన్ టిచింగ్ పోస్టులు జిల్లాల వారిగా ఆయా ఎస్ఎస్ఏ ప్రాజెక్ట్ డైరెక్టర్ ఆదేశాలకు అనుగుణంగా ఏజెన్సీలు భర్తీ చేస్తారు. 24 విభాగాలలో పోస్టులు భర్తీ కానున్నాయి.

AP SSA Post wise Qualifications:

The details of post wise category wise qualifications is appended in Annexure - II

1	Special Officers	Must possess a Post Graduate Degree with 50% marks in aggregate and B.Ed. or its equivalent teaching degree, must have studied in English Medium at any three levels of School Junior College / Degree College / Post Graduation.
2	CRTs	Academic Qualification: Four year Integrated degree course from Regional Institute of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate; or second c lass Bachelor’s Degree from UGC recognized University with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject(s) and in aggregate including electives and Languages in the combination of subjects as under.
2.1	CRT — Telugu	Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with Telugu as the main subject or one of the three equal optional subjects or Bachelor’s Degree in Oriental Language in Telugu (B.O.L) or its equivalent or a Post Graduate Degree in Telugu and B.Ed with Telugu as methodology Subject or Telugu Pandit Training or its equivalent.
2.2	CRT - Hindi	Must possess Bachelor’s degree with Hindi as one of the full elective subject or Bachelor’s Degree in Oriental Language in Hindi (B.O.L) or Praveena of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha or Vidwa.n of Hindi Prachara Sabha, Hyderabad or any other equivalent recognized qualification in Hindi (BA degree Standard) or Post Graduate Degree in Hindi and along with any one of the following training qualifications.
