Step by Step Process of Submitting Web Options for Transfers

1. Teachers have to Logon to www.transfers.cdse.telangana.gov.in
2. Select Services and Click on Teachers Transfer
3. There will be two options, Web Options, Web Options Demo
4. Login here with Mobile number and Treasure ID
5. You get OTP to your Registered Mobile Number
6. Enter OTP and Click Go
7. You have an Option to to take print out of Vacancy List by Clicking DOWNLOAD Button
8. Selection your Options as your Preferences from available vacancies
9. Here Vacancies are three types 1. Clear Vacancies 2. Compulsary Vacancies 3. Probable Vacancies
10. You can select your options from CLEAR, COMPLUSORY & PROBABLE vacancies
11. Select your preferences by Clicking on the Options Given
12. Now move your selected option from AVAILABLE VACANCIES BOX to OPTED VACANCIES BOX using “>” arrow
13. You can deselect your options from OPTED VACANCIES BOX using “ < ” arrow
14. On completion of your selection, press FREEZE to save and submit your preferences.

 ఒక వ్యక్తి నారాయణ ఖేడ్ ( తన స్వగృహం నుండి 150 కి.మి ) నుండి సిద్దిపేట లో నివాసం ఉండాలని అనుకుంటున్నాడు. 8 సం లు పూర్తి అయ్యాయి. ఈయన ఎన్ని ఆప్షన్స్ ఇవ్వాలో చూద్దాము..
సిద్దిపేట చుట్టూ ఉన్న మండలాలు మొత్తం 10
ఒక్కో మండలం లో 100 పోస్ట్ లు మొత్తం 1,000
8 సం లు పూర్తి అయ్యాయి కాబట్టి 30 కి.మి లోపల ఉన్న పాఠశాల లు కోరుకుంటారు ( మాన్యవల్ గా అయిన కూడా ) సిద్దిపేట చుట్టూ ఈ దూరం లో ఉండే పాఠశాల ల సంఖ్య సుమారు 800.
 ఒక వేళ 1,000 అనుకున్నప్పటికీ ఇన్ని పాఠశాల లను ఒక అర గంట లోపల ఎన్నుకోవచ్చు. ఎలా అంటే...
100 విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య ఉన్న ఒక పాఠశాల SA పరీక్ష ఫలితాలు ను చైల్డ్ ఇన్ ఫో యందు నమోదు చేయడానికి పట్టే సమయం లో ( అర గంట లోపల ) ఈ వెబ్ ఆప్షన్స్ ఇవ్వవచ్చు.

డౌట్ 2 
అరైజ్ అయిన పోస్ట్ లు చూపెట్టరు అంటున్నారు ఇది నిజం కాదు..
 అప్లై చేసుకున్న వారందరి పాఠశాల లను వెక్యాన్సీ లిస్ట్ లో చూపిస్తారు. లాంగ్ స్టాండింగ్ కానీ వారు ఎంపిక చేసుకున్న వాటిలో కొత్త పాఠశాల దొరికితే ఆ కొత్త పాఠశాల ఆ ఖాళీల లిస్ట్ నుండి డిలీట్ ఔతుంది. ఒక వేళ ఆయనకు ఏ స్కూల్ దొరకలేదు తన పాత స్కూల్ దొరికింది అపుడు పాత స్కూల్ డిలీట్ ఔతుంది. అంటే కౌన్సిలింగ్ లో తమ సీనియారిటీ ప్రకారంగా వారు కోరుకున్న పాఠశాల  వారు ఇచ్చిన క్రమంలో వారికి అయా స్కూల్ కేటాయింపు జరుగును. కేటాయింపు జరిగిన స్కూల్ ( ఈ స్కూల్ ను వేరే వారు ఎన్నుకొన్న కూడా ) వెంటేనే డిలీట్ ఔతుంది. ఒక స్కూల్ ను 100 మంది ఎన్నుకుంటే ఆ స్కూల్ 42 వ వ్యక్తి కి కేటాయింపు జరిగితే ఆ స్కూల్ పేరు 42 మంది వరకు ఉంది 43 వ్యక్తి కి వచ్చేవరకు ఆ స్కూల్ డిలీట్ ఔతుంది .మిగతా 43 నుండి 100 వరకు గల వారికి ఆ స్కూల్ ఉండదు.

డౌట్ 3 
ఇపుడు కొత్త గా ఉపాధ్యాయులకు హోం వర్క్ ఇస్తున్నారు.
  పాత పద్ధతి లో కౌన్సిలింగ్ జరిగిన కూడా ఇలాంటి హోం వర్క్ ఉంటుందిగా, మొదట ఖాళీల వివరాలు ప్రింట్ తీసుకోవడం, అందులో ఏది కావాలో టిక్ చేయడం చేశాం కదా ఇది అంతే..

డౌట్ 4 
లేని పోని ఇంటర్ నెట్ ఖర్చు
కౌన్సిలింగ్ వెళ్ళడానికి అయ్యే రవాణా ఖర్చులకు తక్కువే...నెట్ ఖర్చు ఒక గంట కు 30 రూపాయలు వెబ్ ఆప్షన్స్ ఇవ్వడం అరగంటలో అయిపోతుంది.

చిట్కాలు:
1. ముందుగా ట్రాన్సఫర్ వెబ్ సైట్ ఓపెన్ చేయాలి. ఎంప్లాయ్ ID, ఫోన్ నెంబర్ లతో ఎంటర్ చేస్తే OTP వస్తుంది. ఈ OTP తో వెబ్ సైట్ ను ఓపెన్ చేసాకా,  ఎడమ వైపు బాక్స్ లో మన జిల్లాలోని మొత్తం ఖాళీలు ఉన్న UDISE కోడ్ తో లిస్ట్  వస్తుంది. ఈ లిస్ట్ లో మూడు రకాల లిస్ట్ లు ఉంటాయి. అవి క్లియర్ ( రిటైర్ అయినవి ), లాంగ్ స్టాండింగ్ వి, ట్రాన్స్ ఫర్ కోసం అప్లై చేసుకున్న వారివి. మూడు కలిపి ఉంటాయి.
2. వేకెన్సు లిస్ట్ మండల్ వైస్ ఉండదు కావున పాఠశాల లను ఎన్నుకోవడం చాలా కష్టం. దీని కొరకు క్రింద ప్రకారం చేయండి.
3. ఎడమ వైపు బాక్స్ లో ఉన్న లిస్ట్ ( ఎక్సెల్ గుర్తు ) పైన క్లిక్ చేసి మీ జిల్లా లోని అన్ని రకాల వేకెన్సీ లిస్ట్ ( మూడు రకాలవి ) లను డౌన్ లోడ్ చేసుకోండి. ఇలా డౌన్ లోడ్ అయిన ఫైల్ ఎక్సెల్ లో ఉంటుంది ఇది ఫోన్ లో ఓపెన్ కాదు. కావున కంప్యూటర్ లో నే డౌన్ లోడ్ చేసుకుని ప్రింట్ తీసుకోండి. ఉమ్మడి మెదక్ జిల్లా ది నేను PDF లోకి మార్చి గురువు.ఇన్ లో ఉంచేదను.మిగతా జిల్లాల వి కూడా సేకరిస్తాను.
3. ప్రింట్ తీసి న తర్వాత , అందులో మీరు కోరుకునే మీకు దగ్గర లో ఉండే పాఠశాల లను గుర్తించి ఒక రెడ్ పెన్ తో మార్క్ చేసుకోండి.
4. రెడ్ పెన్ తో మార్క్ చేసుకున్న తర్వాత , వాటిని ఒక వరుస లో ఉండే విధంగా వరుస నెంబర్ లు ఇవ్వండి.
5. ఇప్పుడు ఒక తెల్ల కాగితం పైన వరుస నెంబర్ లు రాసి పెట్టుకోండి.
6. డౌన్ లోడ్ చేసుకున్న లిస్ట్ లో మీరు మార్క్ చేసి పెట్టుకున్న నెంబర్ పక్కన ఉన్న పాఠశాల ల UDISE కోడ్ రాయండి.

7. ఇలా రాసి పెట్టుకున్న కాగితం ను చూసుకుంటూ స్కూల్ ను సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవాలి. సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకునే సమయంలో మనకు మండలం పేరు కనపడదు. పైన మనం కోరుకునే పాఠశాల ల UDISE కోడ్ రాసుకున్న కావున ఆన్ లైన్ లో సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకునే సమయంలో అక్కడ కనపడే UDISE కోడ్ ను సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకుంటే సరిపోతుంది.
8 . ఆ కనపడే జిల్లా మొత్తం లిస్ట్ లో UDISE కోడ్ వెతకడం కష్టం గా ఉందా అయితే వెతకడం ఆపేయండి. వెతికే దగ్గర మీ ఈ పేపర్ లో మీరు రాసుకున్న UDISE కోడ్ ను టైప్ చెయ్యండి. స్కూల్ పేరు రాయడం కన్నా కోడ్ రాయడం చాలా సులభం.
9. అయిన కూడా మీకు టైప్ చేయడం కష్టం గా ఉందా అయితే మీరు రాసుకున్న పేపర్ ను తీసుకెళ్లి మీకు దగ్గర లోని ఏదైనా ఇంటర్ నెట్ సెంటర్ కు వెళ్లి అతనికి ఇస్తే కేవలం 50 రూపాయలు నుండి 100 రూపాయలు తీసుకుని 15 నిమిషాల్లో చేసి పెడతారు. ఇలా చేసే సమయం లో అతని పక్కన ఉండడం చాలా మంచిది లేకపోతే చాలా నష్టం జరుగుతుంది
10. ఒక స్కూల్ లో ఒకటి కంటే ఎక్కువ కూడా ఖాళీలు ఉండవచ్చు. అలాంటప్పుడు మీరు లిస్ట్ లో ఆ స్కూల్ పేరు వద్ద ఎన్ని ఖాళీలు ఉంటాయో అన్ని వరుస నెంబర్ లు రాసుకోవాలి. మీరు రాసుకునే తెల్ల కాగితం మీద కూడా ఒకే UDISE కోడ్ మీదా అన్ని వరుస నెంబర్ లు ఇవ్వండి.

ఉదా: రామ్ నగర్ లో 3 ఖాళీలు ఉన్నాయి.

నెట్ సెంటర్ లో గంటల గంటలు కూర్చోవ డమా...అవసరం లేదు ఒక్క గంటలో పని అంతా అయిపోతుంది. మాన్యువల్ బదిలీల లో రాత్రి అంతా నిద్ర పోగొట్టుకుని ఎదురు చూసిన దానికంటే చాలా తక్కువ.

*HM / టీచర్లు  ప్రభుత్వం వారు ప్రకటించిన website లోకి login కావాలి.

 *బదిలీల వెబ్ ఎంపికలు సబ్మిషన్ ను క్లిక్ చేయండి*

*♦3వదశ:*
*వారి రిఫరెన్స్ ID అనగా STO ID ని నమోదు చేయండి, OTP వారి రిజిస్టర్ మొబైల్ ద్వారా పొందబడిన ధృవీకరణ కోడ్OTP ని పొందాలి. (ఇక్కడ తప్పకుండా పనిచేస్తున్న మొబైల్ నెంబర్ మాత్రమే ఇవ్వవలసిందిగా సూచించబడింది)*

*వీరు మాత్రం ప్రస్తుతం తాము పని చెస్తున్న పాఠశాలను ఎన్నుకునే వీలు లేదు*

*తప్పనిసరి బదిలీ కాకుండా విన్నపం ద్వారా బదిలీ కోరుకునే ఉపాధ్యాయులు కనీసం ఒక ఖాళీని ఎంచుకుంటు తమకు అనుకూలమైన నచ్చిన పాఠశాలలను ఎన్నుకుంటూ చివరికి ప్రస్తుతం తాను పనిచేస్తున్న పాఠశాలను విధిగా ఎన్నుకోవాలి*

 *ఇలా విధిగా ఎన్నుకోకుంటే నచ్చిన పాఠశాలలు దొరకని క్రమంలో వెబ్ కౌన్సిలింగ్  ప్రక్రియ  పూర్తయిన తర్వాత చివరకు మిగిలినవాటిలో ఏదో ఒకటి కేటాయించబడుతుంది. కాబట్టి నచ్చిన పాఠశాలలు ఎన్నుకున్న తరువాత చివరకు తాను పనిచేస్తున్న పాఠశాలను విధిగా ఎన్నుకోవాలి ఈ విధంగా చేయడం వల్ల తనకు నచ్చిన ఏ పాఠశాల దొరకనప్పుడు ప్రస్తుతం తాను పనిచేస్తున్న పాఠశాల కేటాయించబడుతుంది. *

 *ఖాళీలు ఖాళీగా ఉన్న ఖాళీలతో సహా, ఖాళీలు వుండే మండల పేరు తరువాత తెరపై ఎడమ వైపు కాలమ్ లో ప్రదర్శించబడుతుంది*

*ఉపాధ్యాయుడి ద్వారా కోరుకున్న విధంగా ప్రాధాన్యత క్రమంలో మండలాలు ఎంచుకోబడాలి. ఎంచుకున్న మండలాలను ఎంచుకున్న క్రమంలో స్క్రీన్ యొక్క కుడి వైపు కాలమ్ కు తరలించబడతాయి. స్క్రీన్ కుడి వైపు కాలమ్ లో, అప్ లేదా డౌన్ తరలించడం ద్వారా మండలాలు ఎంపిక క్రమంలో మార్చడానికి అవకాశం కూడా ఉంటుంది*

The process of web counseling involves two stages:
First Stage: Submit the Online Transfers application form:

Second Stage: Web options Entry:

TS Teachers Transfers Complete Info  

First Stage: Step by Step process to be followed for fillingOnline Transfer Application Form

1. Go to http://cdse.telangana.gov.in
2. Click on the Application for Teacher Transfers 
3. Fill in the application form as per the instructions given in the User Guide and Government Orders and also keeping in mind the clarifications issued from time to time.
4. Confirm the next dialogue box (i.e., Fields marked with ‘*’ are compulsory). It is advised to submit mobile phone numbers that are in working condition and keep it in use till completion of the whole transfer process, as all communications will be sent through sms from time to time
5. Enter your 7-digit Treasury Id, Date of Birth,and enter the verification code
6. The application will be opened.

Second Stage II. PROCESS FOR EXERCISING WEB OPTIONS:

Step 1. HM/Teacher need to log on to http://cse.ap.gov.in

Step 2. Click Submission of web options

Step 3. Enter their Reference ID, OTP the verification code received through their registered mobile. (it is advised to give the working conditioned mobiles only)

Step 4. After this web option, screen will be displayed with following auto populated values.

a. Name of the Teacher

b. Treasury ID

c. Category of the post 

d. Subject

e. Medium

f. Whether 8 years completed or not?

g. Whether effected by Rationalisation

h. Present working Place, Mandal etc.

Step 5. The HM/Teacher who comes under compulsory transfer, they have to choose all the available vacancies except their present working place.Others may select at least one vacancy.

Step 6. Then after the Name of Mandals where the vacancies are available including the vacancies likely to be arose gets displayed on the left side column of the screen.

Step 7. The Mandals have to be selected in the preferential order as desired by Teacher. The selected Mandals will be moved to right side column of the screen in the selected order. In right side column of the screen, there is also a provision to change the selection order of the Mandals by moving up or down.

Step 8. After selection of Mandals then need to press SUBMIT button to get the school names where the vacancies are available.

Step 9. After submit button, the next screen gets displayed with two columns. In the left column of the screen the schools names gets displayed as in the order of preferential Mandals chosen by the individual.

Step 10. As in the case of selection of Mandal, here also, School Names are to be selected in the preferential order for web counselling and selected school names will be moved to right side column of the screen in the selected order. In right side column of the screen, there is also a provision to change the selection order of the School names by moving up or down.

Step 11. After selecting all the details, press PREVIEW button. This will display the details submitted by them.

Step 12. If they found that all the details are correct, press SUBMIT otherwise press EDIT and resubmit the information.

Step 13. Editing of web option is allowed for ONE time by sending OTP to their registered Mobiles.

Step 14. Based on the web options exercised by the individual and Seniority of the teacher, the allotment process will be done and transferred teachers’ details along with proceedings will be hosted in the website.

III. DO’S & DON’TS in Online Teachers Transfers

1. Treasury Id should be remembered

2. Registered mobile number should not be changed, if any change is there, it should be informed through concerned DEO.

3. Before submitting of application, please verify all the information entered is correct or not.

4. Do not share the OTPs received with any others

5. Keep a printed copy of the Application, Web options exercised

6. Visit the official web site regularly for all other updates.

7. Before, exercising the web options, work out the vacancies available in a required manner, studying the list of desired Mandals, list of vacancies available, emerging, etc., After this, exercise the web options.

8. All the uploaded certificates should be submitted to the concerned officers i.e.., MEO/Dy. EO/DEO.

9. Verify the correctness of the entitlement points obtained before the submission of their applications.
