 JNV Selection Test for admission to Class-VI in JNVs for the academic session 2020-21 will be held in two phases as given below:

i. On Saturday, the 11th January, 2020 at 11.30 A.M.in the State of Andhra  Pradesh, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh (except Dibang Valley & Tawang Districts),   Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh (except Chamba, Kinnaur, Mandi, Sirmour, Kullu,  Lahaul  & Spiti and Shimla Districts), Jharkhand, Kerala, Karnataka,  Madhya  Pradesh,  Maharashtra,  Manipur,  Orissa,  Punjab,  Rajasthan, Tripura, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, & West Bengal (except Darjeeling), Union Territories  of  Andaman  &  Nicobar  Islands,  Chandigarh,  Dadar  &  Nagar  Haveli, Daman & Diu, Delhi, Lakshadweep and Pudducherry.

Online Application Process Involves 2 Steps:
Registration
Phase 1 Submission of Personal Details (including uploading of Images). 
Phase2 Documents will be uploaded .

Kindly keep the scanned copy of candidate's signature, parent's signature, candidate's photograph and class V certificate (Size:10-100 KB in .JPG/.jpg format) ready before filling up personal details.

Note: If all the are not completed,then your candidature will not be considered.
Step1:   The process for submission of application for JNV Selection Test has been simplified through online process. Registration can be  done  free of cost through the admission portal of NVS linked through www.navodaya.gov.in and www.nvsadmissionclasssix.in Verification of proofs for residence, age, eligibility etc will be done for selected candidates through the laid down procedure after the declaration of results.

Step2: The eligible candidates have to fill up the online form and upload the certificate issued by the Head Master/Principal where the candidate is studying in class V with the photograph along with signatures of both candidate and his/her parent/guardian.   The attachments should be uploaded in jpg format of the size between10-100 kb only.

Step3: In case of candidates from NIOS, candidates should obtain `B’  certificate and residence should be in the same district where he /  she is seeking admission.

Step4: Online platform is in open source and free of cost. Application may be submitted from any source like desktop, laptop, mobile, tablet etc.

Step5: In all JNVs a help desk will be available to assist the candidates/parents to upload application free of cost. Parents may also approach the help desk in JNV along with candidate and required documents such as certificate signed by the Head Master, photograph and a mobile phone with valid mobile number for receiving the registration number and password through SMS for registration process.

నవోదయ ఎంట్రన్స్ పరీక్షకు మొబైల్ లోనే అప్లై చేసే విధానం 
2020-21 విద్యా సంవత్సరంకు గాను నవోదయ విద్యాలయాల్లో 6వ తరగతిలో ప్రవేశానికి గాను నిర్వహించే ప్రవేశ పరీక్ష నోటిఫికేషన్ ఇటీవల విడుదల చేసారు.

ఈ ప్రవేశ పరీక్షకు ప్రస్తుతం 5వ తరగతి చదువుతున్న విద్యార్ధులు Online లోనూ లేదా Offline లోనూ apply చేసుకోవచ్చు. 

నెట్ సెంటర్ కు వెళ్లకుండా, స్కానర్ అవసరం లేకుండా మన మొబైల్ లోనే onlineలో Application ను మనమే submit చేసుకోవచ్చు.

Online లో అప్లై చేయడానికి ముందుగా విద్యార్థి ప్రాథమిక సమాచారాన్ని దగ్గర ఉంచుకోవాలి.

Student photo, Student Signature, parent signature, 3-5 classes study certificates మన స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్ తో క్లియర్ గా ఫోటో తీసి, వాటి సైజ్ 100KB లోపు ఉండే విధంగా compress చేసి సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకోవాలి.

 Online Registration లో phase-1 మరియు phase-2 అనే రెండు దశలు ఉంటాయి 

Phase-1 లో విద్యార్థి యొక్క ప్రాథమిక సమాచారాన్ని మాత్రమే ఎంటర్ చేస్తాం. Phase-2 లో విద్యార్థి యొక్క పూర్తి సమాచారం తో పాటు అవసరమైన documents ను upload చెయ్యాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

పై లింక్ ఓపెన్ చేయటం ద్వారా వచ్చిన phase-1 పేజీలోని డీటెయిల్స్ అన్నీ నింపి submit click చేయటం ద్వారా User name, password కలిగిన మెసేజ్, అందులో ఎంటర్ చేసిన మొబైల్ కు వస్తుంది.

ఇక్కడ school detail దగ్గర *OTHERS* ను సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకుని, విద్యార్థి చదివే స్కూల్ పేరును టైప్ చెయ్యాలి.

మనం ఎంటర్ చేసే విద్యార్థి యొక్క పుట్టినతేదీ నే password గా వస్తుంది..

ఆ తర్వాత phase-2 లోకి వెళ్ళాలి.

phase-2లో పై లింకులో ఇంతకు ముందు విద్యార్థి మొబైల్ నంబరుకు వచ్చిన user name, password ను ఎంటర్ చేసి Login కావాల్సి ఉంటుంది. 

ఇక్కడ ఇంతకుముందు నింపిన డేటా display అవుతుంది. ఆ డేటాతో పాటు మిగతా డేటా అంతా ఎంటర్ చేయాలి. అలాగే వీటితో పాటు ఇంతకు ముందు compress చేసి పెట్టుకున్న photo, signatures, certificates ఒక్కొక్కటిగా మనం upload చేసుకుంటూ వెళ్ళాలి.

Images ను upload చేశాక SAVE button పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి. వెంటనే images upload అయినట్లుగా వాటి పక్కన Tick Mark కనిపిస్తుంది. దీని తర్వాత next అనే option పై click చేస్తే విద్యార్థి యొక్క 3,4,5 తరగతులకు సంబంధించిన పేజీ ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది. ఇందులో అన్నీ వివరాలు తరగతులవారీగా ఎంటర్ చేసి, చివర్లో NEXT అనే option పై click చేస్తే అప్లికేషన్ యొక్క preview కనపడుతుంది. ఈ preview పేజీ యొక్క అడుగు భాగంలోకి వెళ్తే/వెళ్లి Certificate By Candidate ను సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకుని, అక్కడ కనబడే CAPTCHA CODE ను enter చేసి submit పై click చెయ్యాలి.


దీంతో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి అయినట్లే. ఆ తర్వాత మనం download, print options ద్వారా అప్లికేషన్ ను ప్రింట్ తీసుకోవచ్చు.

Change in Navoday Entrance Application form Submission Process:
Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has made a change in this year's application. Applicants can apply online till 15th september 2019. An entrance test will be held on in 2020.Common Service Centers (Aadhaar Cards, PAN Cards)can be applied online directly. Certificate to be produced at the Common Service Center for JNVST 2020 Registration. The cost per each student is Rs. 35 for Online application form sumbission. The next, hall ticket can be downloaded at 10 rupees there. The application is placed on the website. Fill it and carry it with the corresponding school headmaster.

Aadhaar Card is very easy for the student to complete this process. There is no trouble with the Aadhaar card. Caste and income certificates will also be taken along with them. In this process Kurnool student can also register in Hyderabad. Hall ticket can be downloaded. It is sufficient to show uploaded certificates when selected students apply during the admission process. This method has been adopted since this year to prevent malpractice as a predetermined step.

Issue of Admit Cards:
The admit card can be downloaded from the office of Common Service Centre as per  schedule:
Admit Cards, duly prepared by the Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya will be issued to the candidates through the office of the Block Education Officer. Candidates, who do not receive their Admit cards one week before the JNVST should immediately contact to Principal, JNV/BEO/DEO for the same.

  Result of the JNV Selection Test:
The result of JNV Selection Test 2020 is expected to be announced by  April 2020 for Summer Bound,  Winter Bound &   Extreme Winter Bound JNVs of the year of admission. The result will be displayed in the offices of the concerned (i) Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (ii) District Education Officer (iii) District Magistrate (iv) Deputy Commissioner, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti of the Region. The Principal, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya concerned, will also inform the selected candidates through registered post. The result will also be displayed on website of the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti at the address www. nvshq. org https://navodaya.gov.in

CAUTION : Application Form is liable to rejection if columns are left blank or the entries are incomplete. Applicants should ensure that they fulfill all the prescribed requirements of education, age and of special categories (like SC/ST/Divyang) area (Urban/Rural) wherever applicable. If any information given in the original application form is found to be false / incorrect on subsequent verification, even after the selection of the candidate, the admission is liable to be cancelled and the decision of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti will be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard. Such admissions, if any obtained by any candidate on the basis of false certificate / declaration / information shall not only be cancelled but Samiti also reserves the right to recover the expenditure incurred on a student during his/her entire stay in a Vidyalaya.
