  *భారత ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఆదేశానుసారం ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో పేరు ఉంటే ఓటు వేసేందుకు హక్కు ఉన్నప్పటికీ రుజువుగా రాష్ట్ర వ్యయంతో ఎన్నికల సంఘం సమకూర్చే ఓటరు ఫొటో గుర్తింపు కార్డు వినియోగంపై ఆ హక్కు ఆధారపడి ఉంటుందని కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఎస్‌ఆర్‌ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి కె.ఎఫ్‌ విల్‌ఫ్రెడ్‌ ఒక ప్రకటనలో తెలిపారు*. 

⬛ *2019 సార్వత్రిక ఎన్నికల్లో ఓటు వేయడానికి ఓటరు ఫొటో గుర్తింపు కార్డులు చూపాలి.*

⬛ *ఓటరు గుర్తింపు కార్డు లేకపోతే ప్రత్యామ్నాయంగా 11 రకాల గుర్తింపు కార్డులను చూపి ఓటేయవచ్చని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.*

🗳 *4. బ్యాంకులు, తపాలా కార్యాలయాలు, జారీ చేసిన ఫొటో గల పాస్‌ పుస్తకాలు*

🗳 *10. ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలకు జారీ చేసిన అధికారిక గుర్తింపు కార్డులు* 

🗳 *11. ఆధార్‌ కార్డు చూపి ఓటేయవచ్చన్నారు.*

⬛ *ఓటు వేయడానికి ఓటరు వచ్చిన పోలింగ్‌ స్టేషన్‌కు సంబంధించిన ఓటర్ల జాబితాలో కచ్చితంగా ఆ ఓటరు పేరు ఉండాలని తెలిపారు*. 

⬛ *ఎన్నికల జాబితాలో నమోదై విదేశాలలో నివసిస్తున్న ఓటర్లు వారి ఒరిజినల్‌ పాస్‌పోర్టు ఆధారంగా మాత్రమే పోలింగ్‌ కేంద్రంలో తమ గుర్తింపును రుజువు చేసుకోవాలని (ఏదేనీ ఇతర గుర్తింపు పత్రాన్ని చూపరాదని) ఆయన ఒక ప్రకటనలో తెలిపారు.

 రెండు తెలుగు రాష్ట్రాల్లో త్వరలో ఖాళీ కాబోతున్న 6 ఎమ్మెల్సీ స్థానాలకు ఎన్నికలు జరిపేందుకు కేంద్ర ఎన్నికల సంఘం కసరత్తు ప్రారంభించింది. 2019 మార్చి 29 తో ఏపీ, తెలంగాణలలోని ఉపాధ్యాయ, పట్టభద్రుల కోటాలో ఎన్నికైన ఆరుగురు ఎమ్మెల్సీల పదవీకాలం ముగియనుంది. తెలంగాణలో 3, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ 3 ఎమ్మెల్సీ స్థానాలు ఖాళీ కానున్నాయి. ఈ స్థానాలకు ఎన్నిక జరిపే ప్రక్రియలో భాగంగా ఎన్నికల సంఘం ఓటరు నమోదు ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంబించినది. ఏపీలో ఖాళీ కానున్న ఎమ్మెల్సీ స్థానాలు: 1.ఉభయగోదావరి జిల్లాలు (పట్టభద్రుల) 2. కృష్ణా, గుంటూరు (పట్టభద్రులు) 3. శ్రీ కాకుళం, విజయనగరం, విశాఖపట్నం (ఉపాధ్యాయుల). 

Note: ఈ ఎన్నికలలో ఓటు నమోదు చేసుకోడానికి కొత్త గా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి. గతంలో ఓటరు జాబితాలో పేరు ఉన్న వారు కుడా మరల వారి దరఖాస్తు సమర్పించాలి.
పట్టభద్రులు నియోజక వర్గానికి ఓటు నమోదు అర్హత :
> భారతతీయ పౌరుడు అయి ఉండాలి. నవంబరు 2018 కి ముందు మూడు సవత్సరాలు ముందే
పట్టభద్రుడు అయి ఉండాలి.
ధరఖాస్తుతో పాటు జత చేయవలసినవి:
> పాస్ పోర్ట్ సైజు  ఫోటో అసెంబ్లీ  ఓటరు EPIC నెంబర్ కావలెను.

    Online బటు నమోదు చాల సులభము గా చేసుకోవచ్చు www.ceoandhra.ap.nic.in  వెబ్సైటు లో లాగిన్ అయి E Registration ను సెలెక్ట్ చేస్తే ఇక్కడ Council Constituency సెలెక్ట్ చేయాలి. ఇక్కడ మనకు ఫారం 18 పట్టభద్రులు , ఫారం 19 టీచర్స్ నియోజక వర్గానికి చెందినవి అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. మనకు కావలసిన ఫారం ను ఎంపిక చేసుకోవాలి చాల సులభంగా online నమోదు చేసుకోవచ్చు.  online లో నమోదు చేసుకోడానికి ముందుగా మన పాస్ పోర్ట్ సైజు ఫోటో, పట్టభద్రులు వారి డిగ్రీ సర్టిఫికేట్ , టీచర్స్ అయితే వారి సర్వీస్ సర్టిఫికేట్ ముందుగ స్కాన్ చేసుకుని ఉండాలి. అవి అప్లోడ్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.
