To make available information pertaining to Teachers viz Name, Date of Birth, Caste, Age, Education Qualifications etc, of government schools in one place. By providing the services i) New Teacher entry provisions by validation it with Teacher Info. ii) Various types drill down reports Drill down from state to student level reports to be generated.
An user manual has been prepared to explain the process flow for Adding/Updating/Deleting the
Teacher details in Teacher Info and Non Teaching staff.

The attention of all the District Educational officers and Ex-Officio Project Officers in the State with subject cited wherein the Teachers Web Application hosted in www.schooledu.telangana.gov.in website for data entry. The teachers data shall be collected from all Management schools and Junior Colleges in the State. A workshop was also conducted with District APOs/Technical persons on 12.02.2019 and demonstrated the teachers web application for data entry in web application. Govt. & Local body teachers data entry collected in NIC Web portal is to Student Info Web portal can take permission for updation of information.
Therefore, all the District Educational officers in the State are directed to collect Teachers' information from all Management schools in Telangana State as per the data capture format to computerize the same in https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in by 15.03.2019.
Steps to Check the teachers details edit and Update
Login with school UDISE Code
School User Name : school code (Ex: 36010100106)
Password : demo
After Login Click on TEACHER INFORMATION SYSTEM
Click on Edit option
Enter the details and press submit button
Then your particulars will be updated successfully.

Teachers' data available as per UDISE format is to be verified and updated by the each and every teacher individually. As such, a link is provided on https://schooledu. telangana.gov.in/ISMS/ to verify the data. In view of the above, you are requested to issue necessary instructions to all the MEOs and School Headmaster to utilize service and update data of all the Teachers .
How to Update TS Teachers Data Online at Teacher Edit service Outside
Steps :
1. Go to https://schooledu. telangana.gov.in/ISMS/
2. Click on Online Services Menu
3. Click on Teacher Edit Service Outside
4. Enter the Teacher Mobile Number and Teacher ID
5. OTP will be sent to entered mobile number
6. After entering OTP, the data will be appeared
7. The teacher has to check his / her available information
