Educational Qualifications:
A post Graduate Degree in the subject concerned (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a University recognized by the UGC.
In case of SC/ST/BC/ Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%. And Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or BA. B.Ed/B.Sc., B.Ed., from any institution recognized by NCTE with the subject concerned as a Methodology subject.

Vijayanagar Jr.college (Code:60011) is a Private Aided Jr.College has been running in the Vijayanagar colony since 1984. We are permitted to run the college with one MPC + BPC and 1 CEC&MEC section with a max.strength of 88 per section. Most of the students in our college belong to backward sections and are poor. For the past 3 years there is a great demand for CEC + MEC group. We are unable to give admissions for more than 88 students due to the restriction by the DIE rules. Hence I request you to permit me take 100 admissions per section in CEC + MEC group of I year instead of 88.
