The Telangana Tribal Gurukul Society has issued a statement in this regard. Appointments will be taken to fill the posts of Hindi, Telugu, English, Mathematics, Science, Social, Arts, Craft, Music Teacher, Librarian and Technical Assistant in these schools. The applications will be received through online only from 10.06.2020 to 24.06.2020. EMRS Ekalavya Model Residential Schools Recruitment 2020
The TS government has issued a notification for the recruitment of teachers in EMRS Ekalavya Model Residential Schools across the Telangana state. Mr. Praveen Kumar, Secretary, Tribal Gurukula Society, said that applications will be accepted online from 10th of this month. The posts of Telugu, Hindi, English, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies, Art & Craft, Music, Librarian and Technical Assistant will be replaced. He advised eligible candidates to apply. Essential :

Desirable:
I. Knowledge of Computer Applications
II. 3 years of experience as a music teacher.

Technical Assistant

NOTE:
1. Retired teachers’ upto to the age of 65 years may be engaged
subject to their fitness and willingness.

Selection Process:
1. The selected PART TIME OUTSOURCED faculty have to perform all the Residential pattern duties assigned to them by the Principal/ Head Office.
2. Women Faculty may be considered in Girl’s and Boy’s institutions.
3. Men Faculty shall be considered in Boy’s schools only.
4. Candidates will be terminated/ removed from the Part time outsourced service without any information.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. The candidates have to submit the application through online from the society website www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in by paying a Fee of Rs. 50/- (Fifty rupees only).
2. Mere payment of fee is not sufficient to submit the application form.
After successful completion of online payment of fee, every candidate has to completely fill in online application without fail.
3. It is compulsory that, the candidate select the order of preference
of school. So that allotment will be made accordingly as per merit and school option.
4. Candidates are advised to take printout of filled in application form immediately after applying.

Telangana Government has decided to promote all the tenth class students in view of the coronavirus situation in the state. All students will be passed through the grading system. There are as many as 5.4 lakh SSC students in the state. The examinations for the TS SSC consists of 11 papers. Of these, only two examinations had been conducted before they were postponed due to the outbreak. The students would be promoted based on the internal assessment examinations conducted by the schools.

రాష్ట్రంలో కరోనా కేసుల తీవ్రత పెరుగుతుండటంతో పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల నిర్వహణపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి కె. చంద్రశేఖర్‌రావు సోమవారం సంచలన నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. టెన్త్‌ పరీక్షలను రద్దు చేయాలని నిర్ణయించారు. కరోనా కేసులు ఎక్కువగా నమోదవుతున్న ప్రస్తుత తరుణంలో పరీక్షల నిర్వహణ సాధ్యం కాదని, అందువల్ల పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించకుండానే టెన్త్‌ విద్యార్థులందరినీ పైతరగతులకు ప్రమోట్‌ చేయాలని విద్యాశాఖను ఆదేశించారు. ప్రభుత్వ నిర్ణయంతో 2 నెలలుగా పరీక్షలు జరుగుతాయో లేదో తెలియక ఉత్కంఠకు గురైన 5,34,903 మంది విద్యార్థులకు ఊరట లభించినట్లయింది. ఇలా టెన్త్‌ పరీక్షలు రద్దు కావడం ఉమ్మడి ఏపీ, తెలంగాణ చరిత్రలో ఇదే తొలిసారి.

పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలను ప్రభుత్వం రద్దు చేసిన నేపథ్యంలో ఇంటర్నల్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌ పరీక్షల ఆధారంగా జీపీఏలు నిర్ధారించి ఫలితాలు వెల్లడించడానికి సెకండరీబోర్డు సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నది. అన్ని పాఠశాలలనుంచి ఇప్పటికే సేకరించిన ఇంటర్నల్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌ మార్కుల జాబితా ప్రకారం గ్రేడ్‌లను నిర్ణయించనున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే ఇంటర్నల్‌ మార్కులు బోర్డుకు రావడంతో అందుకు సంబంధించిన వెబ్‌సైట్‌ను బ్లాక్‌చేసి అక్రమాలకు తావులేకుండాచేశారు. పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలు రద్దుచేయడంతో దాదాపు 5లక్షల మంది రెగ్యులర్‌ విద్యార్థులతోపాటు 40 వేల మంది ప్రైవేట్‌ విద్యార్థులకు (గత ఏడాది ఫెయిలైనవారు) ప్రయోజనం కలుగనున్నది. ఫలితాలు కూడా రెండు వారాలలోపే విడుదలచేసే అవకాశాలున్నాయి.*

గ్రేడింగ్‌ ఎలా లెక్కిస్తారు

రాష్ట్రంలో గత కొన్నేండ్లుగా ప్రత్యేకమైన విధానంలో పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలు నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. నాలుగు ఫార్మెటివ్‌, రెండు సమ్మెటివ్‌, ఒక ప్రీఫైనల్‌ పరీక్షలు పాఠశాలలోనే నిర్వహిస్తారు. ప్రతి ఫార్మెటివ్‌ పరీక్ష 25మార్కుల చొప్పున జరుగుతుంది. సమ్మెటివ్‌, ప్రీఫైనల్‌ను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోరు. ఒక్కో ఫార్మెటివ్‌ పరీక్షనుంచి 5 శాతం మార్కుల చొప్పున 20 శాతం మార్కులను లెక్కిస్తారు. ఈ ఇరవై శాతం మార్కులను వందశాతానికి పెంచి ఆ మేరకు ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి గ్రేడ్‌ పాయింట్‌ యావరేజీ (జీపీఏ)ని కేటాయిస్తారు.*

ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులుండవు

ఇంటర్నల్‌ మార్కుల ఆధారంగా ఫలితాలు విడుదలచేయడం వల్ల ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు తలెత్తే అవకాశం లేదని అధికారులు చెప్తున్నారు. 1969లో పదో తరగతి పరీక్షలు రద్దుచేసిన సమయంలో ఇప్పటిలాగా ఇంటర్నల్‌ మార్కులు లేవని.. ఇప్పుడు ఇంటర్నల్‌ మార్కుల ఆధారంగా విద్యార్థుల ప్రతిభ ఎస్‌ఎస్‌సీ బోర్డు రికార్డుల్లో సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నాయని పేర్కొంటున్నారు. దీని ప్రకారం ఎప్పటిలాగానే పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల ఫలితాలు, గ్రేడ్లు, సర్టిఫికెట్లు జారీచేస్తామంటున్నారు. జీపీఏ ద్వారా పది ఫలితాలు విడుదలచేయడం వల్ల జూనియర్‌ కాలేజీలలో ప్రవేశాలకు ఎలాంటి సమస్యలు రావు. అదేవిధంగా పాలిటెక్నిక్‌, ట్రిపుల్‌ ఐటీల్లో కూడా ప్రవేశాలకు ఇబ్బందులు తలెత్తవని అధికారులు చెప్తున్నారు.*

జీపీఏ లెక్కించే విధానం

25 మార్కుల చొప్పున జరిగిన 4 ఫార్మెటివ్‌ టెస్టుల మార్కులను పరీక్షవారీగా 5%కి కుదిస్తారు. (5x4=20%)20 శాతానికి చేరిన పీటీ మార్కులను వంద శాతానికి పెంచుతారు. ఆ వచ్చిన మార్కుల ఆధారంగా గ్రేడులు కేటాయిస్తారు

ఆన్లైన్ చేసిన ఫార్మటివ్ అసెస్మెంట్ FA లకు సంబంధించి 20 మార్కులను 5 రేట్లు పెంచి 100 మార్కులుగా పరిగణిస్తారు.

పదో తరగతి పరీక్షల్లో ఈ సారి ఎక్కువ మంది విద్యార్థులకు ఎ1 గ్రేడ్‌ దక్కే అవకాశం ఉంది. దీనికి ప్రధానం కారణం పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో నిర్వహించే ఇంటర్నల్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌ పరీక్షల్లో కనీస మార్కులు సాధించని వారు అత్యంత అరుదుగా ఉండటమని ఉపాధ్యాయ వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. ఒక్క ఇంటర్నల్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌ పరీక్ష రాసిన విద్యార్థులు ఉత్తీర్ణులు అవుతారని అంటున్నారు. పాఠశాలలు నిర్వహించే నాలుగు పరీక్షలను రాయకుంటే తప్ప ఫెయిల్‌ అయ్యే అవకాశం లేదని అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో గత ఏడాది ఉత్తీర్ణత సగటు 93 శాతం ఉండగా.. సప్లిమెంటరీలో పాసైన వారిని తీసుకుంటే 98కి పెరిగింది. ఈ సారి 100 శాతం ఉత్తీర్ణులయ్యే అవకాశం కనిపిస్తోంది.

TS SSC/ 10th Class Results 2020 with Grades

అంతర్గత పరీక్షలలో 20 మార్కులకు హిందీలో 4 వస్తే పాసైనట్లే. హిందీలో వందకు 20 మార్కులు, మిగిలిన అయిదు సబ్జెక్టుల్లో 35 మార్కులు వస్తే ఉత్తీర్ణులైనట్లుగా పరిగణిస్తారు. ఎఫ్‌ఏ పరీక్షలు 20 మార్కులకు నిర్వహిస్తారు. అంటే అప్పుడు హిందీలో4 మార్కులు వస్తే వందకి 20వస్తాయి. మిగిలిన సబ్జెక్టుల్లో 20కి 7 మార్కులు వస్తే అప్పుడు 35 మార్కులు దక్కుతాయి. ఆ మార్కులు వచ్చిన వారు ఉత్తీర్ణులైనట్లే. సాధారణంగా చదువులో ఎంతో వెనుకబడిన విద్యార్థికైనా కనీస మార్కులు వేస్తారు. వారికి 8 నుంచి 9 మార్కులు ఇస్తుంటారు. ప్రైవేట్‌ పాఠశాలల్లో ఆ మార్కులు కొంత ఎక్కువగా వేస్తారన్న ఆరోపణలు ఉన్నాయి. అంటే ఎఫ్‌ఏ మార్కులను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకుంటే ఇక తప్పే వారే ఉండరు. ఆ ప్రకారం ఈ సారి వంద శాతం ఉత్తీర్ణత వచ్చినట్లే.. ఎఫ్‌ఏ పరీక్షలు రాయకుంటేనే వారు తప్పుతారు.

పదో తరగతిలో ఫార్మేటివ్‌ అసెస్‌మెంట్‌లు నాలుగు నిర్వహిస్తారు. వాటిని ఎఫ్‌ఏ-1, 2, 3, 4గా పిలుస్తారు. ఇవి ప్రతి రెండు నెలలకు ఒకసారి జరపుతారు. ఒక్కో దానికి 30 నుంచి 42 రోజుల సిలబస్‌ను పరిగణలోకి తీసుకొని ఈ పరీక్షలు జరపుతారు. వాటిల్లో వచ్చిన మార్కులనే ఇప్పుడు ప్రామాణికంగా తీసుకోనున్నారు. ఒక్కో పరీక్షను 20 మార్కులకు నిర్వహించి తదుపరి 5 మార్కులకు కుదిస్తారు. ఆ రాత పరీక్షతో పాటు ప్రాజెక్టు వర్క్‌కు 5 మార్కులు, నోట్‌బుక్‌కి మార్కులు ఉంటాయి. ఇంకా తరగతి గది స్పందనకు 5 మార్కులుంటాయి.. అలా 5+5+5+5 మొత్తం 20 మార్కులకు ఒక ఎఫ్‌ఏ నిర్వహిస్తారు. సంవత్సరంలో 4 ఎఫ్‌ఏలు నిర్వహిస్తారు అంటే 20+20+20+20=80 మార్కులు. వాటిని సరాసరి చేసి 20 మార్కులకు కుదిస్తారు. ఆ ప్రకారం ఒక్కో సబ్జెక్టులో 20 మార్కులకు ఎన్ని వచ్చాయో లెక్కించి వాటిని ఫిబ్రవరిలో ప్రభుత్వ పరీక్షల విభాగానికి(ఎస్‌ఎస్‌సీ బోర్డు)కు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో పంపిస్తారు.

ప్రతి విద్యార్థి కనీసం ఎన్ని ఎఫ్‌ఏలు రాయాలన్న నిబంధన లేకున్నా రెండు కంటే తక్కువ రాసే వారు చాలా అరుదు. అప్పుడు ఆ రెండింటి సగటు తీసుకుంటారు. అంతకు ముందే ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఉపాధ్యాయుల ముగ్గురి బృందం అన్ని ప్రైవేట్‌ పాఠశాలలను తనిఖీ చేసి విద్యార్థులను పరిశీలించి, యాజమాన్యాలు సక్రమంగానే అంతర్గత మార్కులు ఇచ్చాయా? లేదా ఇష్టమొచ్చినట్లు వేశారా? అనేది పరిశీలిస్తారు. అందుకే ఎఫ్‌ఏ పరీక్షల మార్కులనే ఇప్పుడు ప్రామాణికంగా తీసుకుంటున్నారు. ఒక్కో సబ్జెక్టుల్లో ఎఫ్‌ఏలో వచ్చిన మార్కులను(20కి) వందకి లెక్కిస్తారు. వాటిని ఇప్పుడు ఆ సబ్జెక్టుల్లో వచ్చిన మొత్తం మార్కులుగా పరిగణిస్తారు. తెలుగులో ఎఫ్‌ఏ పరీక్షల్లో 20కి 18మార్కులు వస్తే దాన్ని వందకి లెక్కిస్తారు. అంటే 18* 5=90 మార్కులు వచ్చినట్లుగా పరిగణిస్తారు.

DGE Telangana inform you that the internal marks (FA) have to he uploaded by the Headmasters for Regular candidates pertaining to SSC Public Examinations March 2020 on web portal www.bse.telangana.gov.in. In this regard all the District Educational Officers are requested to make arrangement for feeding Internal marks (FA) duly instructing Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers to monitor the process of work day to day basis till the work is completed. Other important instructions also have to be followed without fail.

1) Visit one or two schools every day and ensure that the schools are entering the internal marks accurately and see the work is completed as: per schedule.

2) Review with the Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers and get their visit reports every day.

3) Arrange trainings for Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers and Headmasters on the subject.

4) Communicate guidelines to all the Schools.

5) Initiate action against the Headmasters/Schools who are found to be negligent of the work.

6) Collect one copy of the internal marks from all the Schools through Deputy Educational Officers / Mandal Educational Officers and arrange to send them to the Office of the Director of Government Examinations on the scheduled date.

7) Submit daily reports to the Commissioner and Director of School Education as well as to the Director of Government Examinations till the work is completed.

8) At any circumstance the feeding of internal marks schedule will not be extended. In this regard.

Procedure to calculate Telangana 10th class Internal Marks :

The Headmasters shall keep the cumulative records containing the marks of 4 Formative tests of all the subjects of SSC March-2020 candidates. The Headmasters shall take the subject wise and candidate wise average of the formative test marks thoroughly before posting of marks through Online.

Example :

Suppose a student has secured 12 marks in the 1st formative test, 14 in the second, 15 in the third and 13 in the 4th formative test in a particular subject, then the average has to be taken as follows:
The sum of the 4 formative tests : 12 + 14 + 15 + 13 = 54
Average : 54/4=13.5
The 13.5 may be rounded off to 14 and the figure has to be taken into account for posting.
If the average score is between 13.1 to 13.4 it has to be rounded off to 13 only.

In case, a candidate has taken only three formative tests and absent for 4th formative test

A candidate has secured 15 in the 1st formative test, 14 in the 2nd, 15 in the 3rd test and absent for 4th formative test.
The sum of the 3 formative tests : 15 + 14 + 15 = 45
Divide it by 4 : 44/4=11
The Quotient 11 has to be taken into account.

Once the cumulative records of internal marks as well as Co-curricular areas are ready the Online feeding of internal marks shall be taken up as and when the schedule is announced. The internal marks of all subjects of a candidate i.e., both curricular and co- curricular shall be entered in the computer. If any field of any candidate not entered, the computer will not allow you to move further.

After completion of entering of marks, the Headmaster has to take printouts in sufficient numbers and handover the printouts to the candidates for their verification and signatures. This helps avoiding the wrong posting of marks, posting of one candidate’s marks for another candidate etc., Then verify the data with reference to the corrections made by the students, cumulative records etc., thoroughly with the help of other teachers. Carryout the corrections if any, take the print out and verify it again to ensure 100% accuracy of the data.

Once the confirmation is done in the Computer, the editable option will be closed once for all. Now take 3 printouts and authenticate the reports by affixing the Headmaster signature. Take the printouts along with the subject wise as well as cumulative records to the concerned Deputy Educational Officer for further verification and authentication.

Eligibility Criteria to Apply for Admissions into I.T.I.s:
a) Candidate shall be an Indian National.

b) Candidates should have passed S.S.C. Examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Telanganaor any other examination recognized as equivalent such as Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSE), Indian Council for Secondary Education(ICSE), National Institute of Open School (NIOS), Telangana Open School Society (TOSS), A.P. Open School Society (APOSS) and X class examination conducted by various State Boards of Secondary Education in India.

c) The candidates who have passed 8th class are also eligible for admission into certain Trades i.e.Painter General, Wireman, Carpenter, Mason (Building Constructor), Sheet Metal Worker and Welder subject to the condition that if 10th class passed/ failed candidates are not available.

d) Age Limit: Candidates who have attained the age of 14 years as on 01-08-2020 are eligible. However, there is no upper age limit.

General Instructions to the Applicants:
a) Single online application is adequate to apply for admissions into any of the Government and Private I.T.I.s in Telangana State. Physical form of application need not be submitted.
b) The applicant shall pay Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) in cash towards Application Fee at the time of verification at respective Verification Center.

h) After entering the above details, click on “View& Save”.

i) The applicants are instructed to get a “Print-out” of filled online application and ensure that the particulars are correct in all respects before final submission. If any of the particulars are found incorrect, edit the application, accordingly by using “Edit” option.

j) If the information submitted by the applicant is found false, at any point of time, the seat allotted will be cancelled, besides appropriate action will be initiated against the candidate.

iii) Exercising options for ITI and Trade:

a) After successful submission of Application,the candidate will be allowed to submit options for selecting ITI and Trade in preferential order. Please click on “Seats Open”on the menu bar of the website for the seats openfor the session August 2018in various ITIs.

b) Applicants are advised to prepare a set of ITI–Trade combinations (called “Options”) in preferential order as many options as desired, manually on a paper (for format see Annexure-V). There is no limit for number of options to be exercised. Further they are advised to consult their parents, teachers and others,before preparing such options.

c) The order of options so prepared is to be entered in the website through candidate’s login only. Applicantsare advised to enter any number of options in preferential order to avoid disappointment of not getting a seat.

d) A print out of the options so entered shall be kept as record for reference.

e) Options recorded on the last day of the schedule given for web-counseling will be frozen. Theseats will be allocated strictly basing on the merit-cumreservation and options exercised subject to eligibility in other respects.

Hence utmost care shall be taken for exercising the options.

iv) Slot Booking for Verifivation of Certificates:

a) The candidate has to book a convenient “Time Slot to attend for “Verification of Certificates” in any of the enlisted “Verification Centers”.

b) The list of Verification centers is at Annexure IVand also available in the website.

c) The Time Slot includes Place (Verification Center), Date and Session (i.e., Morning/ Evening) which need to be selected by the candidate online only while applying.

d) Once the Time Slot is booked, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.

e) The Physically Challenged candidates have to book the time slot to attend for verification of certificates at any of the two “Special Verification Centers” i.e., office of the Regional Deputy Director (App) Warangal or Office of the Regional Deputy Director (App) Hyderabad.

v) Verification of Certificates:

a) For verification of the certificates, the candidates shall attend at the selected Verification Center only on the particular date and session, which was chosen online at the time of applying at their own cost.They shall also carry the printout of Online Application alongwith all original certificates and document.

b) The physically handicapped candidates have to attend for Verification with all original certificates and documents including Physical Handicapped Certificate in the prescribed formatat any of the Two “Special Verification Centers”i.e., office of the Regional Deputy Director (App) Warangal or Office of the Regional Deputy Director (App) Hyderabad, as per the schedule specified for Physically Handicapped Candidates.

c) Only after verification of the physical ability of the candidate, the trades for which he/she is eligible for admission will be determined among the selected options.

d) The candidates shall pay Rs.10/- in cash at the respective Verification Center towards application fee.

e) There is an exception in submitting the original Transfer Certificate (TC) for verification purpose. However, theOriginal Transfer Certificate need to be submitted within a week from the date of Admission, failing which the provisional admission granted will be automatically cancelled without any notice and the resulting vacancy will be filled with other eligible candidate.

f) The Verification Officer is fully empowered to disqualify a candidate seeking admission, if he fails to submit all the original certificates. The decision of Verification Officer is final, in this regard

g) Candidates who fail to turn up for the Verification of Certificates on the chosen date and timewill have no claim on the admission into I.T.I.s.

h) After completion of verification of certificates, the candidates are advised to collect back all original certificates from the Verification Officer and the acknowledgement slip.

Candidates attending for Certificates verification have to bring the following certificates, which are relevant to them in original for verification purpose along with two sets of attested Xerox copies.

i) “SSC Memo Marks”or its equivalent Examination (Long memo only). However, for the candidates appeared in March 2020 examinations, short memo will be allowed, if long memo has not been issued.

ii) “Caste Certificate” from Revenue Authorities, issued by officers not below the rank of Tahsildar in respect of BC, SC and ST candidates as per proforma given in Annexure-VI. The details of sub-caste and Serial number of the caste in the groups of BC / SC and ST are to be given in the Certificate.

iii) “Date of Birth Certificate” showing the Date of Birth for the candidates who have not passed SSC and passed VIII class.

iv) “Bonafide Certificate” (Certificate of study) for the entire period of education from Class IV to X to determine Local or Non-Local.

v) “Certificate of Residence” [as per the format atAnnexure-IX] for the candidates who appeared for the qualifying examination privately 7 years immediately preceding the date of commencement of relevant qualifying examination he/ she first appeared is to be produced from an Officer of Revenue Department not below the rank of TAHSILDAR.

vi) “Physically Handicapped Certificate” in the format given in Annexure-VII, issued by State/District Medical Board in case of Physical handicapped candidate (Vide G.O.Ms.No.109, Women’s Development, Child Welfare & Labour Department, Dt.15-6-1992).

vii) “Parent’s Discharge Certificate”/ Ex-Serviceman Certificate from service in case of Ex-Servicemen and Service Certificate in case of serving personnel from competent authority. (at Annexure-VIII)

viii) “Conduct Certificate” from the Head of the Institution where last studied.

ix) “Income Certificate” issued by Tahasildar in 2020 for those who are eligible and intend to claim Fee Reimbursement.

Telangana TS ITI 2020 Reservation for admission
The mode of “Seats Allocation” will be based on “Merit-cum-Reservation” as per the rules in force.
a) Local Reservation:In the Admissions into I.T.I.s, 15% seats are open to all (both Local and Non-Local candidates). However, the remaining 85% seats will be filled by the Local Candidates only.
b) Caste Reservations: Reservation of seats in favour of SC/ST/BCA/ BCB/BCC/BCD/BCE Candidates shall be made in non-minority and other than special category institutions as per the following percentages.

85% seats will be filled by local candidates and rest 15% are filled by the non-local candidates.

If sufficient numbers of candidates are not available to fill the seats reserved for women, they will be offered to the boys of the same category.

Rejection of Candidates in Telangana TS ITI Admission
Candidature of the applicants will be rejected if-
1 Applicants furnish the wrong information.
2 They submit the incomplete information
3 Candidate fails to fulfill the eligibility criteria
4 Applicants fail to exercise the option online
5 They fail to visit the verification center on the specified time schedule or does not get the documents verified.

Reporting for Admission:

a) The Provisional Allotment of Trade and I.T.I is intimated to the candidates register mobile and email address. The same information will also be available on the website.

b) Separate Seat Allotment Letter / Intimation Letters will not be sent to the candidates.

c) Candidates shall download the Provisional Seat Allotment Letter from the website through individual login

d) Candidates shall report at the allotted I.T.I. along with the Provisional Allotment Letter and all original certificates within the prescribed time.

e) The candidate shall also pay the prescribed Tuition Fee of Rs.7700/- per annum, if he is admitted into Private I.T.I. However, if the candidate gets seat in another I.T.I. during the subsequent phases/ spells, the ITI Management shall refund such Tuition fee to the candidate.

f) The candidate shall pay the prescribed Tuition Fee, if he is admitted into IMC quota seat. For fee details refer Annexure-III.

g) Candidates who fail to report in time at the allotted I.T.I. or do not pay the fee, or do not submit the original certificates, will have no claim on the admission into I.T.I.s.

h) After completion of the first spell allocation of seats, if vacancies exist, there will be sliding process in allocating such vacant seats basing on the fresh options exercised through online, in subsequent spells.

Industrial Training Institutes (I.T.I.s): The Industrial Training Institutes popularly known as I.T.I.s were established to ensure a steady flow of skilled workers in different trades for the domestic industry, to raise the industrial production quantitatively and qualitatively by systematic training, to reduce unemployment among the educated youth by providing the employable training, to cultivate and nurture a technical and industrial attitude in the minds of younger generation.

Industrial Training Institutes play a vital role in economy of the country especially in terms of providing skilled manpower. I.T.I.s impart Vocational Training in various Engineering and Non- Engineering Trades under Craftsmen Training Scheme (CTS) to produce skilled manpower required for industries. The syllabi of various trades are formulated by Director General of Training (DGT), New Delhi under Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Govt. of India

In Telangana state, there are 54 Govt. I.T.I.s and 222 Private I.T.I.s imparting training in various Trades affiliated to National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT). In the state of Telangana, the Training is imparted to the I.T.I. Trainees in 26 Engineering and 11 Non- Engineering trades with four Semesters (two years) and two Semesters (one year) duration. About 70% of the training period is allotted to practical training and the rest to theoretical training relating to Trade theory, Workshop Calculation & Science, Engineering Drawing, Employability Skills, Library and Extra Curricular Activities etc.
