On the basis of the Written Examination held on 17/09/2017 FN & 18/09/2017 FN and subsequent Certificate Verification process held on 30/05/2018 & 31/05/2018 at Indira Priyadarshini Degree College for Women, Nampally, Hyderabad and on 30/07/2018 at TSPSC Office, Nampally, Hyderabad for Direct Recruitment (General) to the post of Librarian (Schools) in various Residential Educational Institutions Societies, 247 candidates with the following Hall Ticket Numbers have been provisionally selected for appointment to the post of Librarian (Schools) in various Residential Educational Institutions Societies Notification No.20/2017, Dt: 14/04/2017.
The selections are published here-with subject to the following conditions.
1) That success in the Examination confers no right to appointment unless the appointing authority is satisfied after such enquiry as the case may be considered necessary that the candidate having regard to his/her character and antecedents is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service.
2) That the candidates are found physically fit for the post.
3) That the candidates should produce such original certificates as required in accordance with the Rules / Notification.
If it comes to the notice of the Commission later that any candidate furnished false information or the selection is not in order due to any act of omission or Commission of any candidate then his/her provisional selection is liable to be cancelled at any stage and they will forfeit all consequential benefits including that of selection. Besides that, the Commission reserves the right to take any action as it deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in terms of the provisions as notified in TSPSC Rules of Procedure published in Telangana State Gazette No.60., Dt: 28/12/2015.

In continuation to the Result Notification Dt: 24/05/2018 , it is hereby notified that on the basis of Written Examination held on 17/09/2017 and 18/09/2017 for the Post of Librarian (Schools)in various Residential Educational Institutions Societies, 61 candidates with the following Hall Ticket Numbers are provisionally picked up in the ratio of 1:2 for Certificate Verification of 2nd Spell due to short fall of candidates in certain categories. The Verification of Certificates will be held on 30/07/2018 at TSPSC Office, Prathiba Bhavan, Nampally, Hyderabad from 10:30 AM to 03:00 PM. The candidates who are called for Verification of Certificates have to produce the following certificates in original along with a set of Photostat copies duly attested by Gazzetted Officer at the time of Verification of Certificates, failing which, they will NOT be admitted in subsequent process of selection.
No request will be entertained for subsequent submission of any of the required certificates. In terms of the Notification, the candidate should possess the requisite qualifications as on the date of the Notification. The Commission reserves right to disqualify any candidate, if he/she is not found eligible for any reason at any stage. Admission to Verification of Certificates does not confer ipso facto any right for Final selection.

Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must possess the qualifications from a recognized University/ Institution as detailed below or equivalent thereto, as specified in the relevant Bye Laws/ Service Regulations, indented by the Residential Educational Institutions Societies as on the Date of Notification.

Age Limit:Minimum 18 years & Maximum 44* years. The age is reckoned as on 01/07/2017 (Rule- 12(1)(a)(v) of State and Subordinate Service Rules).*As per G.O. Ms. No. 329 GA(Ser.A) Dept., Dt. 27/07/2015 read with G.O. Ms. No. 264 GA(Ser.A) Dept.,Dated: 26-07-2016, the upper age limit is raised up to 10 years.N.B.: 1) No person shall be eligible if he/she is less than 18 years of age.2)No person shall be eligible if he/she crossed 58 years of age (Superannuation age).
Age Relaxations: The upper age limit prescribed above is however relaxable in the following cases:

Application Fee:(Remittance of Fee) Each applicant must pay Rs. 200/- (RUPEES TWO HUNDRED ONLY) towards Online Application Processing Fee. This apart, the applicants have to pay Rs. 120/- (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY ONLY) towards Examination Fee. However, the following category of candidates belonging to Telangana State only are exempted from payment of Examination fee.
b) Unemployed applicants in the age group of 18 to 44 years (They have to submit declaration at an appropriate time to the Commission that they are unemployed).
N.B.:- BC’s, SC’s and ST’s belonging to other states are not exempted from payment of Application processing Fee and Examination Fee and they are not entitled for any kind of reservation.
b) Mode of Payment of Fee:
The Fee mentioned at Para-I(6)(a) is to be paid online through SBI ePay duly following online instructions once the application form details are submitted by filling TSPSC ID, date of birth and other particulars.
The fee once remitted, shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the examination fee, application fee, wherever applicable will entail total rejection of application. The list of Banks providing service for the purpose of online remittance of fee is given in Annexure – II.
I Step: The Candidate has to visit the WEBSITE http://www.tspsc.gov.in and fill the OTR
application if not registered earlier to obtain TSPSC ID. While filling the same, the candidates have to ensure that there are no mistakes in it. The Commission bears no responsibility for the mistakes, if any, made by the candidates.
II STEP: The candidates have to visit the website http://www.tspsc.gov.in to submit
Application and Click on the Link with Notification Number and Name, provide TSPSC ID and Date of Birth to proceed further.
1. First logon to the official website @ http://tspsc.gov.in/
2. Then find the Gurukulam notification
3. Eligible candidates are pleased to click on the online application form
4. Fill out the form with all necessary information in accordance with the instructions
5. Upload a recent passport photograph and signature of the applicant
6. Pay the registration fee, as specified
7. Then click the Submit button to complete the application process
8. Download the submitted application for future reference.
